New manager at the speedway in warren, mi on 10 mile. Cheyenne has been manager for a week. Cheyenne likes to involve herself in other peoples conversations. Was rude and intrusive. Told me to leave the store after she engaged the conversation. Didn’t like when I spoke up for myself. Shes a bully. Then called police on me for calling her a b@tch. Said I am tresspassing. Been going to this store everyday for 6 years. Never had an issue until Cheyenne came. Said I am annoying and disrespectful. Mind you, she walked herself into a conversation that was none of her business. Its ok. She wont be at the store long. Be warned. She is on an ego trip and has something to prove to herself.

Store #45279 25300 Aurora Rd. Bedford Hts 44146 has got to be one of the WORST stores in the greater Cleveland Area!! I have gone to that particular location almost every day STRICTLY FOR GAS ONLY!!!! Because it is the closest gas station to my job and so I fill my work vehicle there. So let me break it down for you.
1) since June 2022 I have had to go inside and GET A RECEIPT so my job will reimburse me. And NOT once have ANY of the pumps given a receipt!! Management said when they get the new systems for the pumps they will have receipt paper in them. That was OVER A YEAR AGO!!!!
2) Men’s bathroom is absolutely disgusting!! And smells of urine. Mirrors are FILTHY, sink as well. And the floor looks like it has NEVER BEEN CLEANED!!!
One time I had to use women’s room because men’s was occupied, and come to find out the door for woman’s room does not LOCK!!
3) parking lot is ALWAYS dirty,
4) gas pump screens and buttons always filthy!!!
5) NEVER HAS THEREA BEEN WASHER FLUID STANDS TO CLEAN CAR WINDOWS!!
6) the roller grill always has old product that should have been tossed out hours earlier.
7) there are MANY times when 4-5 people are waiting in line and only ONE person running register while 2 other employees are in the back laughing or doing whatever, all I know is the customer has to wait longer and longer.
8) inside of store is filthy, floors always look like they have never been swept or mopped!!
So answer this.. and before you try to defend with a deflection and blame the people in the area, why is it that the ONLY speedways that look like TRASH are those on areas that the residence are predominantly black or low income or BOTH!! You have no problem taking the money that is spent, but you would rather put the upgrades into Speedways we’re mostly white people exist. 44017 area code and both of those speedways are always clean fully stocked, the pumps work and hand out receipts.
So you want black money cuz it spends like white money. But you don’t want to improve the locations where that black money comes from.

Dynamic pricing raises the price when they know your need is greatest and lowers it when nobody is around. The price of my local speedway jumped $.52 a gallon right at about 6 o’clock in the morning. I was heading there because the app showed me that that was the lowest price in the area. By the time I got to the store the prices had jumped up so much. I ended up going to another gas stationand buying my gas there. There is no loyalty to the customer at Speedway, therefore speedway will not have loyalty from me.

This review is for Speedway at Clinton Township, New Jersey.
I was traveling through from New York to Ohio on business, and had never stopped in New Jersey before. I had been traveling for 3 hours and pulled up to the gas pump. I decided to run in and go to the bathroom before coming back out to fuel.
An older female woman started yelling at me like I was committing the crime of the century and I had no idea what was going on. She started aggressively yelling at me that I couldn't park there unless I was going to pump gas. I assured her I was going to get gas and that I had been on the road for 3 hours and I simply needed to urgently relieve myself. She started to escalate her tone, yelling at me more and more and getting more aggressive.
I didn't understand the issue and she kept telling me I had to move unless I was pumping gas. I returned to my car and tried to initiate pumping gas, and after two to three attempts she came over and tried to rip my credit card out of my hand. I pulled the card back not knowing what in the world she was doing, and I said to her, "You are not touching my card."
She then got even more angry and slammed my gas cover door shut on my car and pounded on my car. In shock, I said, "You pounded on my car!?" Then she threatened to alert the police
Finally, after all this, she informed me in New Jersey you can't pump gas yourself. I remarked, "Perhaps you should check the license plate of the car before acting like a lunatic." I went in and complained to the manager.

They took all benefits away and made them only yearly. They can deny requests off up to the day off BUT you can’t roll over PTO (vacation included))?!
Drama is x10 in this company, they hire bodies and accept no call no shows but force the good employees to come in or it’s their job!
You can spend years fighting for this company and they throw you out like an unwanted pet.
It’s ran unprofessionally and policies are always changing (yes! Meaning you are told one thing and if it isn’t right, sorry you take the fall! Maybe next time champ!)
They say seniority matters but they play favorites.
They use the excuse 7-11 bought out speedway but they did that 3 years ago, taking away employee benefits and extra positions needed to save a couple thousand a year, is hurting the current employees working 8-10 hour shifts alone and pulling doubles with families at home!!!

Since 7-Eleven has bought the speedway brand and taken over the gas stations, the quality has completely diminished across the board at the stations. They should be ashamed of themselves.

They need to tell the owners to stop prices gauging gas.
Their gas prices change way too often and it goes up .30¢ - 40¢. They are ripping people off. Also better watch the price at the pumps. They should be fined for raising gas prices to often.🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬
