I love Dunkin, but I am always sorely disappointed by this location. In the morning, the quality and service is far better, but when I come during the afternoon I am often met with rude workers, and the drinks are wildly inconsistent, sometimes not even full. Food is cold, and the hash browns are always soggy. Do not recommend

That bread is not toasted or butter just a bland piece of bread with an egg and cheese with bacon. Not good at all not sure if that’s the way it comes but the tater tots weren’t even fully cooked. Biting into a raw soggy potato.

3 employees working and not one of them would even look at us or offer to take our order. We used the kiosk and when our order was ready they just set it on the counter without calling out a name or order number. I went to wash my hands while I was waiting and one bathroom was occupied and the other was being used for storage. An employee came out of the bathroom and didn’t even stop to wash her hands. Pretty gross.
I ordered an iced tea and it was absolutely undrinkable. It smelled like the back bay at the beach and it tasted absolutely disgusting. I had to throw it out.

I have had bad experiences at this one, rude ,snarky disrespectful Ppl work here, last time I went I gave her my order and she never replied, I gave it again no reply, if your going to act like Grammer school kids stay home ,get a remote job, your not mature enough to be in a work place! Be professional and what you charge is worthy of being respectful to customers that pay you!
