Where the service was friendly but the donuts were thrown in the bag and they were decorated so cute too for Halloween. Not so cute upside down. Answer me this though... Is the coffee ever NOT BURNT??? I mean the lack luster coffee turns me away and like a moron I give this location a chance every once in a while but nope... STILL BURNT🔥

It amazes me every time how 90% of my cheese is on the wrapper and not the sandwich that is put together so sloppily and I thought I pulled out an empty bag of hash browns but they were just squished in there not crispy at all. There's a lot of Dunkin' Donuts that do it right, this ain't one of them.

Service was ok but once again I got the wrong order. I order one bagel bites a nd got two. I ordered the bacon and it was just about raw bacon. When I got home it went straight to the trash can. Just horrible. Not the first time I've had a problem with them so I will not go back or recommend to anyone. 9.72 is too much to pay for a bad order

Typical Dunkin. Very efficient, quick. Food and coffee same as any other Dunkin.
The employees were nice and got my order out quickly, but the coffee is super sweet and kind of water down. The donuts are really small and sometimes stale and super dry. I got their hash browns ONCE and all I tasted was pepper.... Kind of disappointed, I do love coffee and a good donut. 😫

I was very pleased with the service at this location this morning. As I was ordering at the in-store kiosk the manager asked if I needed any help which I greatly appreciated. The store was clean and everything was running in an extremely efficient way. Upon leaving with my breakfast sandwich and two coffee drinks, the manager again made sure I had everything in my order and topped off what he felt was a tad low drink. A+

i visited this location today and ordered a strawberry dragonfruit refresher with lemonade and a everything bagel toaster with cream cheese. first they made my refresher with green tea which they fixed for me no problem. But to my surprise but not shocking, i open my bagel up to find that it’s untoasted. i appreciate the team and their kindness but i mean come on, it’s not that hard. if it wasn’t for my coming back for them to fix my drink, my entire order would have been messed up. and i only got two things.

First of all, I went inside to order a coffee and donuts. The workers acted like I was ruining their day. They were completely unprofessional and rude. The managers were disrespectful to customers and to their employees. Management seems uncontrolled, no standards behind the counter. The Coffee also tasted like water. It the donuts were thrown into the bag. Completely unprofessional. I will NOT EVER come back to this Dunkin again.
