We wanted to support as many small, local businesses as possible during wedding planning, and we were thrilled when we found Rubbin Meats Backyard BBQ. After trying their pulled pork, I immediately asked if they catered weddings. Kevin, the owner, is incredible to work with. Had the brisket platter. Brisket is awesome! Man n cheese, fries, and slaw are also top notch! Good spicy bbq and Carolina sauces are very good but the brisket doesn’t need any.
stopped on a whim Wednesday night while your truck was in Mechanicsburg square! and I'd have to say this is some of the best brisket I've had in ages and I've been in the Industry for over 10 years! you got a good thing here, keep going! can't wait to run in to your truck again!
