“As a native Texan was told to come try this place glad I did. Barbecue was very good smoked perfectly and seasoned on point brisket and pulled pork definitely reminded me of home. Mac and cheese the best so far I’ve had since being in PA the Tupelo honey hot and Memphis belle barbecue sauces the best. Sweet tea was made perfectly and the cornbread I don’t know how y’all made it but it was perfect not dry and sweetened perfectly will definitely be back. Staff was absolutely amazing“
“Mission BBQ never disappoints. After coming to PA from TX, we never thought we’d have good BBQ again, then we found this place. Mission BBQ has got it figured out and is better than some of the places we tried in TX. Their brisket was flavorful, moist, had good bark and a nice smoke ring. Other menu items we tried were equally good. If you like BBQ, recommend you give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed.“
“The pork was tender and the amount was generous for the pork BBQ sandwich. I enjoyed each of the offered BBQ sauces with the mild BBQ being my favorite for this sandwich. Hushpuppies were perfectly crispy without being dense inside and the baked beans were a flavorful blend of beans. This was a lunch stop during a brief roadtrip. If you're in the Harrisburg area you need to stop at Road Hawg BBQ.“

“This is an amazing bbq restaurant! The food is smoked on site daily, and the sides are mouth-watering. They are incredibly friendly, and we were surprised to see they offer a 10% teacher discount. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere complete with lawn games. We will definitely be returning!“

“I always use brisket/smoked beef as a way of rating a BBQ joint. This place had delightfully tender beef with melt in your mouth pulled pork and fall off the bone ribs. They had a unique assortment of sauces and Coke in glass bottles. We had very low expectations and were beyond surprised. We will definitely be back!“

“This place is a gem. Stopped here on a Friday and got the brisket sandwich with Mac and cheese. The brisket was tender and juicy. Didn't even need any sauce. The Mac and cheese is cheesy goodness! Owner is awesome and makes you feel very welcome. 5/5 highly recommended“
“Oh my! This food is delicious! I had THEE best salad here — it was the Pittsburgh Chicken Salad with Bama White dressing — Best salad ever! Even had a few seasoned fries in it for croutons. “Went during a weekday 5pm and there weren't very many other customers. The staff was friendly and accommodating, zero wait for drinks or our food. Interesting mixed drink choices, I wanted to try them all but stuck to their Moscow Mule & Grape drank. Cocktails are a bit pricey, $12 each. Ordered the cheesesteak egg rolls, they were delicious! Very disappointed they don't serve wings here. My favorite part of this place is the old school Nintendo Classic console and games, but they only have one controller, so you're taking turns. They have skeeball, pinball machines, and Walking Dead game that looked cool but wasn't operational at that time. Fantastic place to chill, play some games, sip & snack. Definitely going back!Parking: Huge lot, parking won't be an issue.“
