This is my regular KFC and there have been times where the staff isn’t the friendliest. Not that anyone has ever been rude. However, today I had an excellent experience with a gentleman named Arturo. I hope I spelled that right. He was super friendly and kind. It’s experiences like this that make peoples day. The world needs more kind people like him. Super glad I went to KFC today.
The new box is why I decided to try KFC after all these because of the price and their food is always good. So this box was not a disappointment but the inconvenience of them not taking orders inside was my only issue.The Manager was amazing, kind, courteous, respectful, and very professional. The food was amazing. The only thing is they were not taking any orders inside because they were very busy but short staffed but the manager dealt with it very well!

Who doesn't agree that KFC has the best fried chicken? ? We came here today and the food was very good. Everything was hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean and the employee at the register was friendly and helpful. Good job guys!
