Spent $42 on a 12 piece and only received 10. “Conveniently” for them, we were missing 2 breasts, the biggest pieces! With my hungry family at home, had to drive back to get the 2 pieces, and the manager was heard cursing in the back and complaining that they had to make it right. Never again!

Was disappointed when I got my 8 piece meal, it didn't even have a breast included, mostly thighs. ☹The employees are nice though.

Came in tonight 3/11/2024 I made a mobile order for 9:15pm pick up and at when I got there, they were closed. See this is the thing you got to be careful about these ghetto city fast food locations people. It’s not like the suburbs where KFCs actually close at 10pm as posted, in the ghetto they close when they want to close. Can’t even feed my family that night SMH ?

Who doesn't agree that KFC has the best fried chicken? ? We came here today and the food was very good. Everything was hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean and the employee at the register was friendly and helpful. Good job guys!

Very disappointed. Husband and I ordered 3 legs and 2 breasts (original recipe) to go. When we got home and opened the container the 2 breasts turned out to be thighs. Also the pieces were very greasy. Total price for this pathetic dinner was over $18.00; we could have gone to Costco and gotten their rotisserie chicken for $4.99!
When we went in to get our mobile order that was feeding a whole family of six I believe it was the manager who was standing their complaining about how big our order was if you don’t like working in food service you’re more then welcome to quit heaven forbid we can actually afford to eat out for once and when we do get condemned for it and we didn’t even order the family bundle options which are way bigger.

I am from the area and have been going to this KFC off and on for more than 40 years. The last several years this location has been the worst I have dealt with in every regard. The staff clearly do not take their jobs seriously based off their horrendous service and an attitude of how dare you expect me to do my job. The only thing worse than the staff is the food. Being a chain I expected some improvement between visits over the years but to my surprise they are consistent at performing terribly. KFC needs to do themselves a favor and burn this location to the ground.
