We have enjoyed this little diamond for many years, first with Margot (the mother) and now with Mimi, her daughter. The atmosphere and selection are beautiful, amazing to see the abundance of German goods in this relatively small store. We have and will continue to recommend this little gem!

I'd been meaning to stop in to Fraulie's for quite some time, and sure glad I did. It's a tiny shop, and you can feel the gemütlich as soon as you enter. 🥰 Lot's of Bavarian treats and everything else you would expect at a German Deli. Mimi, the owner, was pleasant, friendly, and super helpful! Bring cash tho. No CC checkout. Tell her Noel sent ya 😉

Was visiting from South Carolina this past summer. The shop owner was so kind and genuine. I was able to snag the last serving of potato salad. Unbelievably delectable! Ate it on my walk back thru the neighborhood. What an amazing authentic spot!

Well well well….what a diamond in the rough. This tiny shop is on a very plain, regular street lined with classic PA architecture. When I walked into Mimi’s German deli, I was blown away by the variety of products stuffed into this long, clean shop! I was met by Mimi who was warm and welcoming. We were fast friends, talking about our history and love of German food. She had amazing suggestions for me and what I was looking for. And I collected a few different yummy savory and sweet treats for a party. Everyone LOVED every single thing I got from her and we can’t wait to try more!! I will absolutely be back and I want to try everything in the store. Thank you Mimi, it was delightful meeting you. ☺️

Note: this location is cash only, and bring extra money because there are so many fun things to try!! I walked away with four different sausage types (one unlabeled) and matching mustards, sauerkraut and the idea to section the sausages and put toothpicks in them so everyone could try everything. It worked out great!!
