It was a fun atmosphere the girl at the bar had it going on. I thought she was the bar manager but when I asked her if she is the bar manager she asked me if I’d like to speak to the bar manager. I wish I would know her name. She really kept her head in the game and seemed to watch over and help the young ladies whom were tending to people.

We used CJ Hummels for our Wedding in 2023! I cannot say enough about how wonderful this venue is to work with for events. The coordination leading up to our wedding day alleviated stress for this bride. Friendly staff, great value, food and service remarkable!

Let me first say I have been going to Hummel's since I was in 7th grade growing up right outside of Lenhartsville. I was also in the restaurant business for 30+ years. It saddens me to say that the place that I have such fond memories of walking into town just to get a cheeseburger and a milkshake from, has fell into the same mentality as most corporate casual dining establishments have fallen into......profit over product. Let me explain. My wife and I both ordered the crabcake sandwich platter for 10.00, it came on a regular size bun but the crabcake was half the size of the bun, and only came with a side of chips. My unsweetened tea was far the worst tasting tea I have ever had, not to mention the cost of 3.59. The house salad, which was an upcharge for replacing the chips consisted of iceberg lettuce, about 4 cherry tomatoes and croutons with a 2oz souffle of dressing. My wife got a side of French fries as an upcharge for her chips. So for 2 crabcake sandwiches a very plain house salad, an order of French fries and two drinks our total was just shy of 49 dollars and some change. The staff are very friendly and provide a comfortable atmosphere , but I believe that will be my last visit to the place I was so fond of as a cjild.

Hummels is an amazing place to dine in that their food is always good. I had my wedding reception there and the service was phenomenal. But every time I go there to eat I'm never disappointing foods always good. Service is always good place has an amazing atmosphere what else can be said.

First, I found long dark hair in my salad, then my fall off the bone ribs were tough from being broiled instead of grilled and then my husband's steak was spoiled and you could clearly smell it as it was placed on the table ..... They took his steak off the check but we still paid 40 bucks for a horrible dinner. Never
