Deitsch Eck Restaurant Reviews
The food is fabulous. The best Part. Dutch cooking.
Everything about our meal was perfect! The roast beef was the most tender and honestly the best I've ever had. The coleslaw, hot bacon dressing and homemade bread were highlights, too! Staff was attentive and nice! We can't wait to go back! Wish we lived closer!
This restaurant is NO JOKE! I was pleasantly surprised by each dish I tried. It is familiar fare to me, but done with such care.
The chocolate cake with peanut butter icing was LIFE CHANGING! It was the single best taste experience I have had in my lifetime and I would bet money I will NEVER taste anything this good again. TRY IT!!!

Deitsch Eck Restaurant is a gem known for its fantastic food and attentive service. The roast beef is a must-try for meat lovers, while the desserts, including the blueberry custard pie and shoofly pie, are outstanding for all. The atmosphere is authentic and welcoming, making it perfect for celebrations or casual meals. Although vegetarian options may be limited, the overall experience is excellent and often recommended.
The restaurant offers a unique blend of traditional Pennsylvania Dutch dishes, with some unique twists. Walking in provides an instant hit of atmosphere, where homemade Pennsylvania Dutch cooking is the main thrust of this quaint, busy restaurant. The menu features many options, including the best scrapple ever, potato pancakes, and chicken tenders that are huge and delicious. The variety of side dishes, such as cucumber salad and brown butter noodles, adds to the appeal.
Located a short distance from Interstate 78 in the charming town of Lenhartsville, the restaurant is decorated with hex signs, creating a great atmosphere. The server is personable and takes the time to explain decorations, even during busy times. The gravy on the breaded veal cutlets is very tasty, and the fresh-cut fries are delightful.
A visit to Deitsch Eck Restaurant promises a delicious meal and a memorable dining experience. Reservations are strongly recommended to enjoy this intimate setting. Guests appreciate the effort and care the owner and his family have put into creating this wonderful space and menu.
