Poor customer service. They don’t complete your order, refuse to fix it, and refuse to refund. This is the Collingdale location. Lady on the phone was rude and was not listening to anything that was said. Wrap has no salt, no pepper, no cheddar cheese, no honey mustard as ordered.

Small little mom and pop place with solid slices for lunch or whole pies for dinner.. always visit when im in area for work. Highly recommend

We placed an order over the phone which I made very complicated! It was for 6 people and everyone wanted specific things. I felt there was no way it would show up correct but wasn’t too worried about it. The order showed up to the hotel very quick and absolutely perfect. I’ve had cheesesteaks from all the big names in Philly. This was the best I have ever had and everyone else said the same thing. Pizza was amazing also. Femi‘s is now saved in my phone with 5 stars!!
I called to place an order and a guy picked up I’m trying to place a order and he continuously rushing me, they also have differ prices compare to what on their menu from in store. I previous tipped their driver great $9 won’t be ordering again from you guys

This rating is based on their buffalo tenders alone (only thing I've eaten here). A pizza place with good buffalo tenders is hard to find, and I was happy to find Femi's. Buffalo tenders are sauced well (mild sauce has the best flavor by far), crispy good tenders, and great blue cheese dressing. If you like buffalo tenders then check them out.

Nice people. One tiny table to sit at. Food was not up to ratings/expectations. Pizza was flat, NY style which was expected. We ordered wings with medium Buffalo sauce and they came out as a mix of Buffalo sauce and BBQ. Being from Buffalo, we were puzzled. If we wanted BBQ, we would have ordered BBQ.
Quickest place to order from in town. Says a lot when the Philly cops come out of area to eat there everyday. Ask for your pizza well done, sometimes it can be a little undercooked but the sauce is always delicious. Sandwiches are banging. Their onion rings are SO good. The long term staff is always so welcoming and gets to know you.
Side note-the girl whose been working there forever is amazing. So friendly. Always on point. There was a new girl who answered the phone the other day who probably shouldn't be working in customer service without being retrained. Rude as hell. "Femis." Hi can I order a pick up? "K..." I ordered something "that's it?." Ordered something else. "You done?" Just rude. No total. Didn't say how long. When I paid I didn't trust her with my card-had a weird smirk, asked for a receipt. "Now I have to go back and print one." So print it. She had a baggy hoodie and the acne stars on. This is a townie place. Be kind to the townies. Needs retraining for sure and she'll be fine.
Staff is friendly but not the owner. Wish he was more pleasant and customer friendly. Food is good, hot and ready pretty fast. Cheesesteaks are good but kinda skimpy. Hope they see this and fill up their steaks and hoagies.
