Did the original beef and cheddar change meat? Ordered 4 and was surprised that the meat cut was thick and super dry on all 4. Couldn’t eat ‘em, waste of $. Def does not look or taste like the beef and cheddars! My husband loves Arbys and this is the closet one to us (20min). Never had this issue before, what happened Arbys?!
the kid working the drive thru decided it would be funny to use an childish high pitched vioce. Could not understand him thru the speaker and then after he hands me my food he uses his normal voice.
I don't blame the kid, it is obviously a lack of control and professionalism by the management that tolerates this kind of game by the staff.
Just got home with my order. Asked for a Turkey Ruben Value Meal , County Rib Sandwich Value Meal , and Asked for a Junior or value sized roast beef sandwich and was told they aren't available... so I bought another larger roast beef sandwich. I also asked 3x for and only got it because i asked before i left. Horseradish sauce and Arby's sauce.
I get home (3 minutes away) food is not hot (warm at best) Turkey Ruben is a Turkey Gyro , Coke was flat.
