Just ordered an Americano. They served it iced even though they never asked me if I wanted it that way. I didn't. But I took it that way anyway, and it was pretty good. Men's room was out of service so the ladies room was used for both . Very slow counter service.
Friendly staff, we got iced coffee to go. I went thru drive thru. The server made sure everything was secure before I left, including putting my change away. Beverages were in secure cup holders and he wished me a good day!! Much nicer than previous server!!
Well you can't go in which is very disappointing waited in a Drive-Thru line 7am sunday morning to have Donuts that just didn't taste fresh and the absolute worst iced coffee I've ever had in my life. I usually just get small iced with cream and mocha but instead it said small plus vanilla shots which I didn't order and it was terrible. I go to a different Dunkin most mornings and I've never had an issue I was so sad by my experience here.
