This mom and Pop shop has amazing garlic knots. I would say one of the best in the south east region. It was my first time here and they did not disappoint with these knots. I also tried their French onion soup, but I found it to be too salty. I also tried their tiramisu, but was disappointed as it tasted too much like regular yellow cake with frosting however, their cannolis are really fresh and scrumptious. Very friendly and attentive staff as well.
I remember the first time I had Giovanni's. I was working at a customers house in a neighborhood nearby and my boss ordered pizza for me and the boys. A few bites in and I had to ask where he got it from because it was very good. Now I stop in occasionally to grab a pie and say hello to the staff. The owners are great people and always make me feel welcome every time I go there. I just seen that they added a new Trenton style tomato pie to the menu so I had to go try it....
Ordered delivery, 2nd time while here on a business trip.
