First, I have to say I am very value oriented. Read this if you are, too. I have been going to Maryanne's for over 25 years since they were originally in Croydon. Maryanne knew my family by our names, and she kept the place real. The normal menu prices have exceeded the value/experience at this point. Nice decor. Didn't really enjoy the food. Had French toast, thick whole wheat bread, maybe some cinnamon, not sure rather bland. Sausage was different, difficult to cut, not my preference. Coffee was very bitter, again not my preference. The happy hour prices seem to be a good 40% less, wished they just cut the price by 20% for everyone regardless of time of day.
