I thought the chicken sandwich came with mayo and it didn't. My sandwich was dry but it was still good. They don't have a uncharge button to make a combo with a chili cheese fry. So I didn't get a combo but instead purchased each item individually. I got a BLT chicken sandwich chili cheese fries and a small chocolate shake.

My family comes here pretty frequently for ice cream and this is finally the last time. I ordered peanut butter cup sundae and the young kid says “oh you’re in luck I just made one on accident” I said unfortunately I want birthday cake ice cream and no hot fudge. He says “oh”. He proceeds to take it out of the freezer anyway and gives me that one which is not frozen, and vanilla ice cream and WITH hot fudge. It’s also barely any ice cream and empty. No whipped cream and cherry either when he specifically asked and I say yes. They also gave us a chocolate milkshake instead of chocolate and peanut butter. Kids run the place and don’t care what you order, just make what they want that’s convenient. The place is awful and never going back

The food is good but it's just ur typical run of the mill stuff but it's dumb expensive. Went with my boyfriend - he got a 5 piece tender, I got a 3 piece, we shared fries and we each got a drink and it was $30+ I can get the same quality level food from checkers for half the price with faster service

I wanted a milkshake. But too much effort to getting my walker out. So I sat in the car and called them. The girl was very nice and brought the 2 milkshakes out. They have the consistency of the old milkshakes. Hað her keep the change.

Ice cream was good , high prices a small cheese burger is 11 $

We ordered a large sundae. I felt it was very overpriced. Looked to be about a pint cup. Hot fudge , peanut butter bananas and whipped cream were good. However, the hard ice cream tasted old! It was icy and grainy not at all creamy. Not worth the $11.50+ price tag!

On November 2, 2024 I stopped at Richmans to get myself ice cream and for my wife. 1 large chocolate shake, a large fry and a large mint chocolate chip ice cream in a dish which round up to $26. It’s pretty steep, but I didn’t feel like going anywhere else this night so I went there.

After handing the girl a $100 bill, she proceeded to count the change and she was short in the register.

So the young lady with glasses stated she needs the receipt I asked for, and was told she needed it and I’ll get the receipt when I get my food. I never was given a receipt. It’s pretty shady. I remember the total was 26 and some change. When I count what I had left. I was missing 34 dollars. So about nine dollars short. I highly recommend people to NOT go to Richmans, especially since it’s an establishment ran by nothing but teenagers who can’t count

Massive cockroaches trapped under to-go sauce containers right in the open in the dining area. Just spent 20$ and immediately threw the food away. It’s one thing to have bugs but to just trap it and leave it for everyone to see??

I’m not one to leave a bad review, but I feel like it has to be said. I came to Richman’s with my husband and cousins. I ordered a waffle sundae, to which one of the girls replied, “Yeah, I’m not making that.” In a tone that told me that she clearly didn’t want to do HER JOB! I ended up waiting for 20 minutes before getting a refund, as I never received my order. Needless to say, I’m disappointed. I went to wawa and got ice cream for half the price. On top of the “wonderful” service, my cousin asked for a manager, to which one of the girls asked the other, “who is the manager?” Like what??????
