Great food however they need to prioritize actual customers over Uber eats, I legit just waited 45 mins past the 30 mins they asked me to wait and watched 2 Uber eats orders go in and out that were placed WHILE I was inside , this will be the downfall of restaurants help the people who took the time to actually come to your establishment , luckily your foods good
Ordered online and picked it up.
Everything was accounted for and ready when I arrived. It was hot ? delish ? and satisfying ?
I will be ordering from here again
Parking: It is in one of the strip malls so there's lots of parking spots but for all different businesses.
They do have a spot right in front of the store that is designated for their customers. I parked there.

Zhou's House Chinese Restaurant offers top-notch food with amazing quality service. Regulars are recognized as soon as they walk in, reflecting excellent customer care. While some found the phone service a bit short, the food quality made up for it, with fresh and delicious meals served in generous portions at a good price. Dishes like Crab Ragoon and Wonton soup are highlighted for their excellence, with the only minor issue being slightly overdone rice. Despite this, the flavorful sauces and overall experience, including timely delivery and great customer service, make Zhou's House a hidden gem worth returning to. Many customers praise the food as amazing and cooked to perfection, with some noting the vegetarian options like vegetable lo mein as phenomenal. The restaurant is located in a strip mall, offering plenty of parking, including a designated spot right in front for customers. Some customers experienced delays with Uber Eats, waiting longer than expected and noticing orders going out while they were inside, but overall, the food remains highly regarded. Online ordering is efficient, with meals ready when picked up, hot, delicious, and satisfying. Many customers are eager to return and have even made Zhou's House their new regular spot for quick, quality Chinese food.
Recent reviews mention that the atmosphere and staff were once great, but changes during COVID led to disappointment, with decreased portions and less friendly service. However, others have experienced the food as very delicious, reminiscent of Chinese food from NJ, especially highlighting the dumplings, pork fried rice, and chicken wings. Customers who have ordered from here since moving to Levittown say it is their favorite place for Chinese food. One recent meal was described as the best ever, with hot, tasty food including shrimp Lo Mein, fried egg rice, general tso, crab ragoon, fried dumplings, sweet and sour chicken, and wonton. The only negative noted was missing egg rolls, which are usually a favorite for kids and adults alike. Overall, the restaurant is praised for consistent quality, reasonable prices, and reliable delivery service.
