We t for the Italian salad and it was not what I thought..chicken , chick peas and lots of croutons..if you don't have it..don't advertise it.

Ordered two sandwiches both now tomatoes there was 3 slice of tomato on each half total of 6 slices on each sandwich. No one greeted us the whole time we were there never encounter a human during the visit. No hello, thank you or have a good day.
Total bill for three was over 54.37

Without fail, I am always waiting 20+ minutes for my food when I go through the drive thru. As I’m writing this review now, I’ve been waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes and no end in sight. It’s not just the ‘busy’ times- you’re going to wait for an extended period of time every time. Food is typical Panera- good but nothing I wild write home about.

Sat in drivethru over 30 mins for an order that was placed online to be picked up at a certain time.
A nice place to meet friends and hang out or to work on the computer.
Waited an hour in the drive thru and you get trapped in because the drive through has barriers you can't get out of line
