My son paid around $40 for what appeared to be a sealed Wii console on Saturday from vendor GAC. He was thrilled to play, but when we opened the shrink-wrapped box, it contained only cardboard inserts and an instruction manual. Hidden in a corner was a small sticker that read “includes inserts and instruction manual.”
