Definitely not what it used to be. Just inundated with sugar and vegetable oil. So sweet you can barely stomach the broth in the green curry. Someone Americanized the heck out of what used to be decent Thai Cuisine. So sad. We used to love her food.
We ordered takeout from the truck this evening, but wished we had planned to eat at the picnic tables provided by the truck (next time!). The food was excellent. I love the flexibility (e.g., vegan/vegetarian, gluten free, choices of protein) that other Thai restaurants don't always offer. We will be regulars at Thai by Poy.
