I love the ice cream but I'm extremely disappointed this year. The staff are not very good. I've been there over a dozen times in the last 2 months and more times than not my order has been wrong. Wrong sizes, wrong toppings or lack of, flurries are not blended all the way through and the whole bottom half is plain vanilla. The dark haired girl at the window writes the order correctly then screws it up. It's so bad that orders are being forgotten and people are leaving AFTER paying...read full review
