The last few times we stopped for ice-cream it was so soft ot was melting off ofcthe cone and running down our hands before we got to the car. You need to set the temperature on your freezers lower. We love stopping but if the ice-cream stays like this, we may not stop anymore.
Never a bad experience at the Purple Cow, but the Facebook page needs investigation. There are continuously posts regarding Game of thrones vs the CURRENT FLAVORS, which would likely bring you more business. It's very inconvenient to drive over and not find your favorites, or have to call and interrupt your very busy service team to ask. This is an easy fix that would benefit your employees and customers 😊
