Customer service sucks. The employees were very rude and when I took my bagel back because I was not toasted the lady got an attitude. Not my fault u did not read the slip that I wanted my bagel toasted.The bacon was amazing. Ham and Swiss Croissant was very good

I order online every week and when I get there I still have to wait. I need to have my app open when I get there or they forget part of my order everytime. To top it off the last two times I ordered white cream filled doughnuts and both times I ended up with Bavarian cream? I would take it back but I live in huntingdon and only go there because it's close to my work...

Busy or dead.... you will ALWAYS wait. Even if your coffee is ready, it will sit behind the line for 10 min before they think to hand it out. This is the worst dunkin I have ever been to. If I wasn't desperate for coffee and it was 2 feet from my work, I would not go here. This is what I was handed after it sat and I asked for it (that's the $1 cold foam that sunk from sitting ready so long)

The care and respect that they show to their employees is phenomenal. Anyone that owns a business and has employees could learn a thing or two from the Dunkin Donuts near Walmart. The compassion that they showed for the young lady that passed and her family was so amazing. And that's an understatement. It literally makes me speechless. I will be a lifelong customer because of that. Thank you so very much for showing that there are still people out there that actually care about their employees. ❤
