I’m typically not one to complain about service but I ordered a FROZEN drink and first they gave me an iced drink and when I said I ordered a frozen one they were telling me I was wrong, eventually they made another one and it was not frozen at all. Also the wrap was cold because it was sat out for 10 minutes before they gave it to me. (The excuse was “we don’t make frozen drinks a lot) skill issue in my opinion.
