We went to taco bell today and whenever we got our food and went home they forgot to give us our cinnabon that we ordered and we were supposed to get a combo and they just through our stuff in the bag and they made the bourito too spicy its like that someone is mad in there
This locations dining room is usually messy. I normally do drive through here. Per usual, the service area had a torn open, half used napkin pkg. Clutter. Trash. Soda area several spills, water and straw papers. Table tops sticky. At least 5 people working. Only 2 people doing anything. Person preparing food also served me. Others looked frustrated and confused. Additional person could be seen setting in office.I know it's hard to get help but TRAIN people. It makes a big difference....read full review

The person I interacted with must’ve been having a “meh” time of things, but they were courteous.I ordered a “Mexican” pizza and something must have been burnt somewhere along the line. Threw it out. The taco and chalupa I ordered were pretty standard Taco Bell fare.
