This place was awesome. My wife and I went there for her birthday. We had the scotch eggs and asparagus with prosciutto for appetizers and I got the pork tenderloin medallions and my wife got the Mahi-Mahi. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted even better. From the outside it looked small but once we went inside it was very spacious and comfortable. We will definitely be back because there were so many delicious sounding things on the menu. Highly highly recommend!

Food was very good. Service was very good one night and very slow the next.

We enjoyed each menu item - from salads, to burgers, to fish. The desserts were also delicious without being too heavy. Service was wonderful and great atmosphere.

We absolutely love this place! The meals are yummy. Service is prompt. Jen, the owner is friendly, fun, and hard-working. Carmel, our weekday server is incredibly efficient, and whistles popular tunes while working! Where else can you get that?!?! Oh, and did I mention the fried oysters? Mmmmmmm. ? This is the Cheers of Ligonier restaurants.

Every once in a while, a restaurant impresses me enough to review. Hansley’s is a perfect example. My wife and I arrived 20 minutes before our reservations but, no matter, we were seated right away. The waitress was at our table in a matter of minutes with a smile, a greeting, and menus. She took our drinks and appetizer orders. We received our drinks and gave her our dinner orders. Within 15 minutes, our appetizer was prepared and served still bubbling in the dish. For the next 20 minutes, we enjoyed a very tasty spinach & artichoke dip which was served with freshly prepared fried tortilla triangles. Just as we were finishing our appetizer, my wife received her salad. The salad was fresh made with at least 4 different vegetables tossed in. After finishing the salad, it was barely 10 minutes until we received our meals. We ordered their Whaler fish sandwich with onion rings and coleslaw. The sandwich consisted of a very nice portion of battered haddock on an oblong roll. The batter was crispy and perfectly seasoned. The fish was moist and flaky. The onion rings were obviously homemade, crispy on the outside with a tender slice if onion inside. The coleslaw was moist, not soggy or dripping, with a very tasty creamy dressing. My wife couldn’t say enough about her parmesan almond crusted haddock. She was served a generous portion of fresh haddock along with a potato side and carrots. Her haddock was moist, flaky, and very flavorful. The potato side complemented the fish perfectly. We have found our go-to dinner spot in the ligonier highlands. We will definitely be returning very soon. Their menu had several enticing options for us to try in the future.

Outstanding food! Appetizers, Scottish eggs, Pretzel sticks and Stuffed Yellow peppers were fantastic. Scottish onion soup was jammed packed with onions and not salty like most onion soups tend to be. Everything was hot and fresh. All 6 of us ordered different entrees and all were exceptional.

Surprisingly good. Super unassuming from the outside. Food was excellently prepared. Every fried piece of food is done expertly. The rest is equally tasty. The cheesecake was a show stopper.

This was possibly our best find ever. The staff and food are excellent. We were on a bday trip for our son to idlewild and found Hansleys on a search, and so glad we did. Our waitress went far and beyond expectations, she made our son a special birthday drink and they even brought him out a slice of cheesecake with candles. Completely made his night! Everyone was so friendly. Cudos to the chef as well, the food was amazing. Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. I wish I would have taken pictures for the review. We started with the pretzel sticks and cheese, fresh out of the oven were soft and delicious. You should also try the sangria, love the added fresh fruit in the glass. I had the Romano chicken my wife had the blackened chicken and my son had the pizza. I couldn't say enough great things about their entres, paired with grilled zucchini and baked red potatoes. We also tried the soup of the night, cheeseburger soup. Apparently was the chefs creation and like everything else on the menu did not disappoint. We did finish the night out with dessert. After that food tour we had to see what the dessert was about. We had a slice of their peanut butter pie, that sealed the deal. We are going to be making road trip in the near future and you can bet we will be enjoying dinner here. I'm fully comfortable saying you can try anything on the menu and it's going to be excellent. They really make you feel like your family, and you can tell the chef really cares about what he sends out of the kitchen. Thank you guys so much again for a wonderful experience!!

First visit. Everything was absolutely delicious and is beautifully decorated. Family owned and operated is must try. We had the mushroom soup, salmon Florentine and blackened chicken asagio with peach sangria.
