“We had the best experience today as I took my husband to dinner for his birthday. The staff were incredible, food was delicious and atmosphere was spectacular…truly this is our new favorite hidden gem! We will be visiting much more often!! Highly recommend!”

“They have a good selection of loose leaf teas. You can get a sample bag, 2oz or 4 oz bags of tea. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have a few tables inside. I did see they have hot and iced tea drinks available to order.”

“I’ve had my share of mix-ups ordering from Fox’s Pizza in Ligonier over time, but I’ve got to give credit where it’s due. I called in today after an order wasn’t quite right, and Sheila handled it like an absolute pro. She was kind, understanding, and went above and beyond to make things right—way more than I expected. It’s easy to point out when things go wrong, but great customer service deserves just as much attention. Big thanks to Sheila for turning a frustrating moment into a positive experience. That kind of care goes a long way. 👏🍕 I’ll definitely be back”

“Connections Cafe is one of the first places I recommend when visitors to my gallery ask where to eat. They offer a wonderful array of home made salads, terrific gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches and soups. Daron’s scones are the best, not to mention her white chocolate raspberry tart. A great place for coffee and tea, as well, in a cozy atmosphere.”

“Well the Potato Patch fries didn’t disappoint about a 10 minute wait for the line. I got the Cheese and gravy fries which were delicious 😋 a mountain of fries and cheese and gravy cups on the side. Someone said Kennywood doesn’t serve gravy fries anymore. The gravy has so much more flavorful than the cheese but that’s just my opinion. Check it out for yourself.”

“The food was absolutely delicious. Such a wide variety of meats to choose from, different types of tallow products, and dairy products as well. Raw milk for sale in multiple sizes! The hot food they serve has gotta be some of the best food ive ever eaten. Definitely worth a visit!!!”

“My wife, Rachelle, and I stopped into Abigail’s Coffee Shop and were really impressed. The coffee was excellent! We tried a couple of lattes and both were great. We also had their Rocket drink, which were awesome and definitely something we’ll order again.

For food, I had the Cajun Club Sandwich and Rachelle had the Chicken Bacon Ranch Panini. Both were fresh, packed with flavor, and came out quickly. We both enjoyed the soup of the day, it was fantastic

What stood out the most was the people. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the owners were fantastic. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do.

Great coffee, great food, and great people. We’ll definitely be back and would recommend Abigail’s to anyone looking for a local coffee shop.”

“This evening my wife and I had a wonderful early dinner at The Kitchen On Main. We live in Southern Maryland and have a small place in Hidden Valley PA. We haven’t been able to visit the Kitchen on Main in four years. But, tonight was magical. Great service; outstanding food as we have come to know .. not kidding That’s not what made it magical. What did was watching three thirtyish fathers manage seven of their children ages maybe 3 to 8 get through dinner in a nice restaurant. Were there kid meltdowns? Oh yes a couple. But these dad’s worked together to make sure their pride and joys ate as they tried to eat themselves. Thank you Kitchen on Main for being a place for these dads giving their wives a weekend night off. Thank you Kitchen on Main customers for your understanding and smiles. Thank you dads for letting my wife and I relive parts of our lives and remember how blessed we are to hears young children laugh, fuss and cry. The best best night out in years.”

“We enjoyed a quick dinner here while enjoying the ice fest. Our food came out oddly fast, which was fine but made us wonder if the food sits in the back a while. I was disappointed my orange chicken didnt have any vegetables in the sauce and while it took the longest of the dishes to arrive the breading was not crispy. Most dishes are around $19 and only include the entree with some rice which I think is pricey for what this was. Peach tea was $5 with no refills which again we thought was quite pricey considering it was just a flavored tea. The server was very nice and seated us promptly.”
