Our first time at El Vaquero and it was absolutely fantastic! The Owners are amazing and super friendly, and Angie was incredible and very helpful. Amazing authentic food, and the service was just as excellent! If you're hungry in Ligonier, this is the place to eat. Thank you!
Had lunch here with some friends. Ordered mushroom quedadilla with chicken, and my friend got the same but with lengua which isn't always available. Both were delicious, service was prompt and attentive. I also got some tres leches cake. It wasn't necessarily traditional but it sure was delicious! I don't know about the other places around this area to have lunch but El Vaquero is strong competition.

We were running short on time but this was the best decision we could have made. The steak and shrimp taco as well as the beef tostada were amazing. Would come here every week if I wasn't just visiting.
