Joe's Bar is a great little dive bar in the heart of Ligonier, featuring a unique museum of taxidermy upstairs. Note that it's a smoking establishment and cash-only. Despite this, the friendly atmosphere, great prices, and welcoming people make it worth a visit. The taxidermy display is a must-see, with animals everywhere, including on the second floor.
