We loved this place. We stopped after a day at idlewild and did not expect the quality of food we got. Everything was delicious and the staff was amazing! We will definitely be coming back.
We tried to eat at two other places before stopping at the Road Toad on our way home. I am here to tell you that I am glad that the other places didn’t work out. We left one establishment where we were actively ignored by the staff to the Road Toad where we were welcomed with open arms and smiles. Our waitress was fantastic-happy and attentive. This place is great! A good bit of restaurants are closed Monday in the Ligonier area, and I ended up here due to that fact. My grandmother and I don’t get much time together, and we like to sit and talk after we eat. We usually spend 2-3 hours just sitting and talking. When we finished our food and paid our bill, the staff took great care of us well after that. We ended up staying 3 hours and they kept our drinks filled and checked up on us the whole time.
