Arrived to enjoy a nice tea girl time and told she requires reservations! This is only posted on tea shop across the street!
Fun and tasty experience!
Excellent food. Tea and service were great!
Our group had a lovely high tea experience today at Irish Eyes Tea Co! Lauren was very attentive to our group and accommodating to food allergies (dairy, gluten) that one member of our party had. The food and tea were delicious and we would happily visit again. My favorite items were the cucumber sandwiches with delicious seasoning, the caprese sandwiches, and the tea cookie. My favorite tea was the Carrot Cake Rooibus. Thanks for a great experience!
The host was incredible!
We loved the food and the accommodations for our gluten free and dairy free needs. Truly worth the time!
I went with a group who spent $31 plus tip each for A very disappointing tea, one scone, a very tiny salad, and a three bite frittata, and four desserts. Everything was delicious, but I left feeling cheated. Not even enough lemon curd for the four of us to spread a teaspoon on our scone. The amount of food shown in your pictures is three times what we actually got. I saw other people had tea sandwiches, but we didn’t get any. Too bad because the ambience was very nice.
Adorable place with delicious teas and food. Service was lacking, the elderly woman with short red hair was RUDE RUDE RUDE. At one point she held her hand up to my face when I was asking a question and spoke over me every chance she could. She was clearly flustered but nothing ruins a nice experience like a rude person.
The tea, food, service, atmosphere, and location are absolutely wonderful. My mom and I have been going here for years and it has always been amazing! Everyone is so nice and the decor is super cute!
Had wonderful tea service at their tea room. It is very quaint and cozy. The new owner is very friendly and the food and tea were delicious. Highly recommend!
Waitress kept looking at her watch. 2nd time we were there and 2nd time they did not have our reservation. Serving was 2 sandwiches smaller than last year. Prices are too high for what they serve.

Took my mamma here for an early mother's day celebration as we have other plans for that day. I had no issues making reservations, but I deliberately chose the middle of the week as places tend to be less busy. The atmosphere and decor are very nice ..bright paint and cute tables with nice pops of color, pleasant background music that doesn't interfere with conversation. The owner was very nice and the pace of the courses was perfect.
The food was mediocre, with the quiche being the best part of our High Tea. A little pricey for the food selection but we honestly went for the experience and atmosphere :)
My mom and I had High Noon tea today here. There was a new owner and she was very sweet and welcoming. The food was good and tea delicious. We also went to the tea shop they have across the street and were able to purchase loose tea to make at home. Would definitely go again!
My girlfriends and I have made it a tradition to get together here for our birthdays every few years after discovering this place in college. This place is very cute, and the food is excellent. However, I’m a bit disappointed by the dwindling tea menu. When we first came here, it was very extensive, and now it’s down to about ten teas, and when we were there, they were out of 3 of them. That seems odd for a « tea »place, especially given that they have a shop in town. It is also very difficult to get a hold of someone to make a reservation as they never answer their phone. I’ve been pretty loyal to this place, but I might have to try somewhere else next time!
We visited the tea affair retail shop about 1 1/2 months ago, site said they would be opened but was closed. My wife placed an online order over a month ago and still haven't received the order. Owner stated she shipped the item, a week later my wife called and still hadn't received the order. Owner then stated due to backlog, never called us. My wife is now going to report it to credit card company.
The first red flag should have been when I couldn’t get ahold of them to make a reservation. After 2 weeks of trying, I was finally able to make a reservation. I was charged in full for four people, gratuity, and tip at the time of reservation (about $162). After driving 4 hours for our tea party, they were closed- business dark- no lights. We called and called- for about an hour! We went to their tea store. Empty. No less than 7 people walked but telling us that they do this to their customers often. They never showed up.
My five year old was devastated.
After an hour I got ahold of the owner via telephone. She said she had a family emergency. She said she texted me the day before. I found out later she texted a landline. NOT the same number I provided for the reservation, NOT the same number the receipt was sent. She should’ve made sure she got in touch with me.
She told me she has already processed a refund. It has been OVER 12 BUSINESS days and I still have not received a refund. I tried calling her. No response. Texted. No response. I have finally disputed the transaction with my bank.
I don’t make a habit of leaving bad reviews, but BUYER BEWARE!
