Five of us had dinner there tonight. Everything was excellent. The maître d’ said the Delmonico steak would probably be the best steak you’ve ever had. And he was right , it was the best steak I’ve ever had. I tasted a bunch of the sides, all delicious. I had the wedge salad and that was magnificent. Really really good experience.

This was our first time since it switched from Blackworth. Waited a 55 min from when I ordered until food arrived. Waitress didnt even attempt to tell us sorry we are behind. Only reason I gave 3 stars is because food was excellent. I was 1 of about 7 tables experiencing same thing. Hoping next time we visit, its better.

No steak house beats this place! Everything is beautiful in terms of presentation and taste. I am in love with it all. Everything is fresh and made in house. Wagyu is phenomenal and I can't believe the price of it either. Other places in Philly would charge an insane amount but the price I got for 10oz of wagyu that changed my life was mind blowing. I don't know how they could sell it so cheap! The staff was so kind to me and Dallis was the best bartender! I would wait 3 hours in line for 45 minutes here. EVERYTHING was amazing. Food, wait time, staff, drinks, sauces and sides. Whoever the head chef is really must know what they're doing.

Last night my father and I went Kole. We had drinks, appetizers, steaks, and dessert! I ordered their ribeye, my father had the NY strip, both were amazing. The ribeye came with a chimichurri sauce that I absolutely loved and I thought the sizzling presentation of my father's NY strip tasted as good as it looked. Both were cooked excellently and were full of flavor. Our appetizers of the octopus and arancini were excellent. Drinks were outstanding, service was well timed, and our server Brittany provided an excellent and memorable experience. My father passively mentioned that we were there to celebrate my graduation / passing my Physician Assistant certifying exam, Brittany picked up on this and gave us a dessert. The only remotely negative thing I would have to say is that maybe the tallow fries could have been better....? but that may be because we were focused on the steaks for awhile! Considering the quality and the service, I felt that everything was fairly priced. Overall, I had an amazing graduation experience thanks to Kole steaks and Brittany's service. I am thankful that Lancaster FINALLY has a steakhouse worth going to, I look forward to coming again in the future!

We had our first dining experience at Kole, and it definitely won’t be our last. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing.
We started with the tuna tartare, which was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. The strip steak was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and full of rich flavor. For dessert, the chocolate mousse was a standout: smooth, decadent, and the perfect ending to a great meal.

If I could, I’d give this place 2 more stars. The level of presentation and food is greater than anything I’ve ever seen. Daniel, our presenter, could sell me on anything. And, Max, our master chef, hands are gifted when it comes to crafting excellent meals.
I had The Julie, my husband had the Filet, and we both said OUTSTANDING!! The waitstaff is superior! They have great insight into the detail on my entree! I’m from Texas so I didn’t think sirloin would have anything to offer but the waitstaff gave me some details that got me really intrigued. Definitely coming back here again!!

He was so warm, he was so knowledgeable and professional, and passionate! Very rare to see these days! The Delmonico was spot on! The pork belly appetizer!!! Better than Gibson’s Steak house!!! We had had The A5 Wagyu steak. Daniel basically hit the bull-eye🎯 on everything! Ask for Daniel, you will not be disappointed!!! And his assistant Emanuel worked very well for Daniel!!! I came in Saturday for my Birthday with my family. Daniel gave us the best service ever! Better than any New York/ Chicago top tier steak houses I’ve have frequented in the past! Daniel even brought out the Michelin star rated Executive Chef Max Fanton! What a real honor and treat to hear some of Chef Max’s experiences from working at n China, Japan, and Spain. All Michelin star⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ restaurants Chef max has worked in. He is Lititz best kept secret. I can’t wait to return to have Daniel serve my family and myself again. And to have that A5 Wagyu beef steak again, along with the wild caught Lobster! Go and give this official Chophouse a try. I promise you will not be disappointed!
