This place sucks. Drive thru is incredibly slow and they never have cheesy tots, even though they are clearly on the menu. Service isn’t good, like most places these days. If I owned Burger King and saw a franchise like this I would be upset

Idk why we keep coming back...Everytime we order from burgerking something is always messed up with our order and I end up waiting forever to end up with cold food and disappointment

Food is usually pretty good, however service has been on the decline (I will update once I see change). Usually I end up waiting 20-25 minutes even after using a mobile order. Manager Josh (I believe), is really nice and seems to always be doing what he can, but seems like staffing is an issue.

The restaurant is clean and the service is friendly. In general, I prefer Burger King over McDonald's and Wendy's. There's something to the flame broiled taste that you can't beat.

Disgusting I almost threw up and didn't finish my food, this was burger kings last chance and lititz you are turning very ghetto, one nice kid at window but as far as the food I don't know what was in it and we will never return to any burger king again ! I thought Mount Joy and Rheems were bad, Im deleting BK as a food option ever, sadly Columbia BK is the best of all and ewwwwww

Every Sunday it seems like no one's here. Lights are on, drive through is open. But one answers. It's 8am right now and no one is answering.

I have to give a huge shout-out to the young man running the drive through Tues. Night. He was taking orders, collecting the money and serving the food. And he did it all with a pleasant demeanor. I think it was just him and a cook during dinner hour. What a pleasant experience.
