We have been doing takeout from Caruso's. We get their steak salads, cheeseburger subs, and garlic bread. Their food has always been decent portions and absolutely delicious. When you walk in the door, the staff is welcoming and very friendly. Only down side is the parking - the lot is not very big. It is sometimes difficult to find a place to park.
Parking: Their parking lot is behind the building and on the small side, considering the number of people that go there.
Great little spot for a delicious family meal! My Wife ordered the Chicken Florentine Panini which was really packed with chicken, spinach and ricotta. I opted for linguini with sausage and extra sauce. The sausage was fork cut tender and juicy and the sauce was very tasty as well. I also had a side salad with their house balsamic dressing which was tangy but very good. Our Son had the chees steak wrap and that was packed with meat as well! Our Daughter had a small pizza with cheese and mushrooms and that was a real winner of a choice as well! Their crust is excellent!
We also got the infamous Pete's Fries as an appetizer and Man - those were definitely noteworthy!
The service was great, the restaurant is cozy and clean. Very much worth a stop if you're in the area!

Absolutely DELICIOUS Pizza!! I found myself out this way when I typically never am, and was starving. I know I like the Caruso's near me, so I stopped here for a slice. The atmosphere is beautiful, not what I was expecting. I was nervous bc typically the shops I go to have their slices out on the counter and I can just pick & choose. The misses behind the counter explained that they have cheese pizza in the back & they just add the toppings per request. I got 1 slice of Buffalo chicken with ranch drizzled, and a slice of pesto. I bit into the pesto first and THE CRUNCH! from the crust was amazing, I literally felt my heart flutter ?? Finished that, started on my buffalo chicken. Fresh, generous portions of chicken on another crunchy but not over cooked crust. I loved Caruso's already, but I could see myself driving out of the way for whoever these chefs are. SO SATISFYING ? & to top it all off, I'm pretty sure they gave me an extra slice! Idk if it was because they were closing soon, or I just looked pathetic bc I was so hungry LOL jk. Either way, this is a great spot for pizza and by the way the crust was cooked, I bet everything else is delicious as well.

I've been coming here since I was kid, so I'm a little biased, but there is a style of pizza found here that is between NYC and Chicago and I love it.
The crust is still foldable, but it's a bit thicker and slightly bready. I highly recommend getting their garlic bread as well; light fluffly buttery bread.
Next time I'll be getting a BBQ chicken pizza delicious
