“I ordered about a week ago and my pizza was not made correctly. I had a free pizza offer so I tried again tonight and my pizza was made perfectly. I always get extra toppings. My last pizza did not have that at all. Hardly had anything tonight they made it right and it looks amazing.“

“We got General tos, Cajun, hot, and sudden death for an extra $10 which equates to $16.25 for 5 wings . Sudden death wings are extremely hot & impossible to eat more than one . It tastes good , but you can barely taste them due to how hot they are . They definitely are NOT worth the extra money at all & I do not recommend them . However, the other wings were Delicious! Our favorites out of the 4 was hot . It’s a very tasty hot sauce & not a typical hot sauce . They were nice & crispy and pick up was a breeze . Thank you guys so much, but you can keep those sudden death wings 😂“

“I have eaten here many of times. The food is always so good. I got two pizza's last night and it was really hard to eat because it had a burnt taste to it. I had gotten two pizza's and they both tasted the same. A little disappointing being I have always had great pizza from here. The burnt taste for me was so bad. Felt like I wasted $40 on pizza. I still give 4 stars because of past experiences.“

“This has quickly become one of my absolute favorite places to eat in Lancaster City. The quality of the food is exceptional, with fresh ingredients and uniquely delicious recipes. The Yakitori chicken jasmine rice bowl is to die for. Friendly service, gorgeous presentation, an all-around fantastic experience.“

“Me and my wife stopped by on 7-29-25, approximately 3:30pm. We were greeted warmly by staff. Very clean environment. Had to wait a few minutes for spicy chicken, not a problem. As me and my wife sat, a nice gentleman brought our order to us. We are visiting from Chicago. This amazing customer service is rare, especially in the fast food industry. Very pleasant experience.“

“I am a recent customer of the 2065 Fruitville Pike, Lancaster, PA restaurant. I would like to give praise to the quality of service, as well as the high quality in food.
As someone who frequently stutters, our waitress, Maddie, had been patient and courteous to adjust my order(s) if I needed anything additional or to adjust an order.
The manager, Melissa, frequently checked on my group to see if our experience met the quality assurance of our orders. A standard above any service I encountered was met. I would definitely bring a family or friends to experience an excellent quality of service.“
