The food is great here however today 2/11/25 we walked in it wasn't busy as it normally is. i noticed plenty of open tables and available employees looking at us as we stood for 10 minutes waiting to be seated. So unfortunately we left to find a new favorite spot

I’ve gotten food and drinks from two different locations, the food is insanely amazing! We even got DoorDash delivery which we know the food will be not as hot and maybe not as pretty…. Doesn’t matter! I ate the lukewarm hashbrowns and they were so amazing! The breakfast burrito was excellent along with the cinnamon pancakes! My boyfriend was so impressed with the food, we are going back today! Well done! PLEASE keep hold of your standards because you guys are in the top 3 places in Lancaster county for food and drinks! Anyone looking for a good drink, RED cappuccino!

On 12/20/2024 at 8:04am, I placed an order for a 12oz hot chai latte as a to-go. The associates portrayed a positive, fun, efficient business culture.
From what I can tell, the environment is welcoming and clean. The wait time is reasonable (3-5 min). The latte was fabulous. I’ve enjoyed their london fog from previous visits as well.
One way to improve is to set the bar chairs to be uniform so that it adds to the tone of their business culture, but that is such a minuscule, subjective opinion.
I appreciate that they did NOT use overselling tactics that other businesses practice. Keep up the good work.

Was excited to try a new coffee place as I was visiting Lancaster however was let down with this experience. The coffee was very good I’ll give them that, but the food portion was extremely small for the price I paid. I got a bagel sandwich with both sausage and bacon on it and did not even get bacon, lost my money on that. Ordered the Harvest bowl thinking it would be a filling menu item and it was a quarter of the container pictured. We waited 30 min for food to go after we saw it sitting on the kitchen counter for 10 min before being brought out to us. Unfortunately do not think I’ll be back due to the experience.

I'm not sure if they've had a major staff change or what, but I won't buy coffee from here anymore. The last few times I've gotten it, literally half the cup was filled with cream so thick that liquid couldn't get through it, which means I've had to *spoon* it out of the cup in order to reach the coffee which was OK at best. It's so disappointing because they were always a good alternative to Starbucks, but that is no longer the case.
Also, the quality and quantity of the food is very inconsistent - some days I order and the to-go container is filled with food that tastes great, other days the container is half-filled with partially overcooked food. For what they charge, this is really frustrating. I understand the cost of food isn't cheap, but for the same quality I could get fast food and save myself some money and at least the portions would be consistent. You just never know what you're going to get when you come here.

Thought it was a coffee shop, but it's more of a restaurant. The server didn't seem to mind that I hung out all morning and drank coffee. She was super friendly and kept refilling my cup. Eventually I ordered the Reuben sandwich, it was pretty great.

Coffee Co. Is one of my favorite spots to go to! Their food is always yummy and filling! I love all of their specials they have as well for drinks and food. One of my all-time favorites is the Apple Chia latte. I also love their steak bowl and lemon blueberry French toast! Last time I went, I sat in the Windows seat with my sister and saw a hot air balloon land in the parking lot.
