Very much enjoyed our dinner here last Saturday early evening. We are in our fifties and were in town for a performance and stopped here for food and drink. We ordered a pumpkin ale, a chocolate beer, the Nachos and a Classic Burger, which came with fries. The food was excellent and the beer was great as well. The servers were super friendly, with fast service for both the food and drinks. Well done Collusion, and we hope to be back!

This was the first time trying this place. Giving it a 4/5 because the old bay wings were not that great. The cheeseburger sliders with fries were spot on and the best dish we got tonight were the onion rings! They were seasoned perfectly and the texture is amazing. I would go back there just to eat the onion rings. Will be returning because other than the wings, food was delicious and the beer was really great! Highly recommend trying a session IPA, it was super light.
Also want to add— the bartender was working very hard and was super kind and attentive the entire time to everyone!

Been coming here a few times and the food is soooo good! Drinks are perfect too! Fun atmosphere and whoever is in charge of the music is doing a great job 😊 my husband and I had such a great time and made a Thursday night feel like the weekend for us. Will be back!

We went to this place, sign said opened at 4:00 PM. We waited they didn't open until 4:05 PM, a woman stepped outside to place signs, we said Hello and received a mad look from the woman. We were still going to try it but after going inside, we were completely ignored so we left. Stay away!

One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. I've eaten here multiple times before, but today the waitress was rude, snappy, and ignored us as we waited to order, then rushed us as we were ordering. Very upset and I dont recommend this place.

Why???? You make some of the best onion rings around and in your infinite wisdom decide to take them off the menu?? This is a poor decision as far as I am concerned.
it was one of the top selling points for me coming to Collusions, ordering some drinks & other food. BAD DECISION

Casual dining, cool pub feel, NO servers. Seat yourself then walk to bar to order food and drinks. Pager will alert you when your food is ready and you walk up and grab it. Clean off your own table. Fried remind me of boardwalk fries
