“The food, most of the time, is delicious. The only thing is that most of the time you have to call back to back before anyone answers the phone and when you arrive, the staff seems a little chaotic and overwhelmed - maybe they're understaffed? I've never had a negative interaction with anyone, there just seems to be a lot of confusion and overwhelm. All that aside, I really do love this place.“

What I didn’t expect was to leave already planning my next visit and actually miss meat less than usual! From the second I walked in, the atmosphere made me feel welcomed rather than preached at. “I’ve had their cheesecake before and just picked up the love flight that I pre-ordered for Valentine’s Day, but this review isn’t about that. I was running late and almost forgot that I purchased the love flight which included four flavors of cheesecake and Urban farmhouse called me to make sure I would be able to pick my order up on time. I appreciate this type of customer service immensely, without that phone call I likely would have forgot about my order and I would have missed out on four lovely desserts to share with my partner. Not only do they have amazing cheesecake but they also have amazing customer service and those are two things will keep me as return customer!“

“We go to Bob Evans for the breakfast options at dinner time. We don't have a location near us and only stop when we are traveling. Tonight, we arrived at 6:15 pm and they had only 2 cars in the front parking lot, on a Wednesday evening. It made us a little nervous. We were hoping it wasn't a reflection on their staff.

We were greeted promptly and seated immediately. We ordered breakfast items. Our order came out in about 10 minutes and everything was hot and as ordered. The waitress was personable and attentive. So far, the experience was great.

The food quality wasn't up to our usual for Bob Evans. It has been a year or so since our last visit. I will say the biscuits were hot and fresh. The eggs and home fries were good. The disappointment was in the sausage patties, which we have loved over tthe years. The patties were kind of tasteless. I guess that's why the sausage gravy was not up to their usual standards. We go for the Bob Evans sausage. If they have changed their patties, we may have to write them off.“
