I LOVE Copper Cup and stop there every time I'm in the area. This past Thursday I was there and got 2 drinks for myself for my hour drive home. As I was leaving the bldg and heading to my car, I forgot I didn't use my points. I went back in to get my points.....they had to refund order, re-ring and I paid again. Most times they ask about points....this time they didn't. I wish they would ask like other restaurants....so, I wouldn't have a charge, refund, and then charge again. Still love Copper Cup, but would love if there was some how to remind us old folks about our points.
Also, over the past several months, each time I stop you are out of tomato pie.

This is the BEST place for coffee. The iced salted caramel coffee is delicious and I love that they use the small ice in their iced drinks! The winter fog in the winter time is like Christmas in a mug!

I haven't always loved every drink I've gotten from Copper Cup, but I jad the best iced coffee of my life here the other week. Highly recommend the salted caramel iced coffee. It's probably a seasonal drink, but GOODNESS it was the perfect ratio of sweet and coffee.

I just want to brag on this establishment's customer service! I had an issue with my order so I contacted the company. Cora responded immediately with the best customer service I have ever received! They greet you with a smile and are the absolute sweetest people ever! I will continue coming here even when it is in the opposite direction I am heading! Their customer service is just that great! Yummy iced mocha expresso with almond milk pictured! And I absolutely love their little note on top :) Thank you!
Very thankful to the wonderful staff here, they were so accommodating to my request to have them write a message on our cups for our engagement photo shoot!! They seriously made our day by celebrating with us in the moment. Plus the coffee and scones were lovely!!

I love copper cup! This is my go to pick up coffee anytime I’m driving by. There’s not much seating available, unless it’s a nice day then there are a few outdoor seating options, so I recommend planning to do the drive through for this spot, but the food and coffee is all exceptional.
