I had a horrible experience here today. I first of all asked for light ice in my drink and as I saw the kid filling my cup up almost the whole way with ice I said excuse me I wanted light ice. He didn’t hear a word I said because he had the headset covering one ear and as he turned around to give me my drink I saw in the other ear he had an AirPod in the ear that wasn’t covered by the headset. I had to ask for my stuffed mini bagels and he had to pause his music on his AirPod...
During this mornings harsh weather, an associate by the name of Anthony, was beyond helpful! When talking with him at the window, he was the only one at the store and was preparing to run the store solo this morning. I have had the pleasure of being helped by Anthony many times at this store as I am a regular. He has greeted me warmly each morning, and this is is not the first time he has braved the weather to come in. You have a wonderful employee and I wanted to express my appreciation...
The frozen drink was great and pretty fast at making it too. Priced very competitively, in fact, as delicious or even tastier than Starbucks at a better price.The young girl was not nice to me, just grumpy and no smile.
