Every time I visit my mother in lititz I stop here every morning of my stay. The staff are very friendly and move with urgency. My order is perfect every time. It's clean inside and the drive thru moves quickly.
Stopped here to get some work done on a late Saturday afternoon, and since all the small coffee shops in Lititz were packed due to some sort of activities, I chose Dunkin'. The service was excellent, the Chai Latte was good, the place was very bright and clean, including the men's restroom. The staff was super polite, I even heard one of the cashiers thank a veteran for his service as he left.

I had a horrible experience here today. I first of all asked for light ice in my drink and as I saw the kid filling my cup up almost the whole way with ice I said excuse me I wanted light ice. He didn’t hear a word I said because he had the headset covering one ear and as he turned around to give me my drink I saw in the other ear he had an AirPod in the ear that wasn’t covered by the headset. I had to ask for my stuffed mini bagels and he had to pause his music on his AirPod...
