It's a little hole in the wall ice cream shop. It was good ice cream and Italian Ice. Unfortunately, limited Lactose options is a rough one to not have. They do have a Vegan option, but that isn't really the same thing. Staff was friendly, helpful, and pacient. With the new ownership, you now have higher prices and significantly less ice cream. It's no longer the great deal it once was before. Many other places to enjoy that serves great ice cream.

The flavors are not bad. But for the price I expected better?Foam cups for this are not the best. Got a gelato. Initially I thought gelato was gelato like the OG kind. But it's shaved ice which was fine. Got "gelato" their way. I was expecting soft serve and was expecting one scoop at least on top. It was barely half a scoop. The whole cup was mainly ice. The whole cup was too flimsy for the hard ice cream to scoop. And there was something in the ice cream itself we ended up throwing it out. Please do better with prices so high we expect better. Firm cups to scoop otherwise everything just falls out.Picture attached only partial attempted to eat but everything was falling from cup as it's flimsy and hard ice cream was not the best combination. Especially as I thought it would be soft serve. Menu very unclear as to what you are getting.Snow was not cleaned. Not shoveled. Salted or anything. be safe if you decide to visit. Highly disappointed.
Went in today with our Grandson for some soft serve ice cream. The soft serve machine is broken. We waited 15 minutes at the counter to be served but the only person working behind the counter (not her fault) was filling a container order. We could tell she wasn't close to being finished with that order (again, not her fault), so we left. A nice sunny Saturday in crowded Lititz and only one person on duty? Since Mike sold the business, price per amount of ice cream has gone up and service has gone way down. Management is to blame for our bad experience today. And not our first bad experience since new Management.

The ice cream is phenomenal!!! I'm new to the Lititz area and the kiddos and I love grabbing ice cream whenever we go out. We've been to Greco's a few times now and it's been great every time! Staff is very nice and engaging. Haven't gotten to meet the owner yet but I've heard great things. My kid's favorite ice cream shop now, hands down! They literally ask to go everyday ?. Keep up the great work y'all!

Fantastic ice cream! Huge selection of flavors and the service was amazing. Very friendly and helpful personnel and a super clean store. Good prices and a nice outside seating area that is shared with a hoagie shop. Definitely planning a trip back here when we're in the area.
