Slow takeout experience, new payment system is dumb. Charge the card at the time of ordering, not when I'm trying to go about my day

Food has become very expensive here, but my kids love it. I am mostly reviewing to note really great service. Our server, Alex R was super attentive. Noticed that my son wasn't enjoying something and took care of it immediately, and was prompt with any requests (and the bill). Thanks for the attentive service.

We went to this Isaac's during Covid. I had a mask but my wife did not, but she had her coat pulled up over her face. We were denied seating and service by an employee who said she was the sister of the manager. She claimed that if a health inspector or some kind of official came in and demanded to see our masks at our table that they would get in trouble. With my wife in tears we had to leave. We will never be back and cannot recommend.

Very old Isaac's could use a make over. But sandwiches on pretel rolls were great if you are willing to pay $15 a sandwich with a side of their homemade stale chips

Well, that’s your local and safe Isaac’s! This was the newest location on our quest to try all the local Isaac’s locations (I think this makes 5?). Isaac’s is never a bad choice for dinner or snacks, and we always enjoy our time there. The only strange note about this locations was that the interior of the restaurant was quite smoky. The pepperjack tomato soup (our favorite Isaac’s signature) wasn’t quite as good as some other locations (it was a bit watered down). But nevertheless, we enjoyed it!

Top level service we have had anywhere in a very long time! Our server Ian went above and beyond what anyone could expect! He didn’t miss a thing, made suggestions, brewed us fresh coffee, checked on us, even invited us back for karaoke! Ian is the BEST!

A little pricey for small portions but they have updated the menu and now have craft beer.

Great sandwiches, could have a bit more meat though. Friendly staff. The pickle mix is always a treat!

While the food is quite pricey, the quality of the ingredients and the creativity of the recipes ensure that you get what you pay for. I prefer the Scarlet Ibis but there are many delicious sandwiches and deli fare to enjoy. Service is competent, well-trained and polite. I took marks off for atmosphere because: 1. They brew and serve beer but haven't designated an area as "the Bar", sadly. It feels kind of silly to take up a whole table to yourself if you go in for a solitary pint or two. 2. The decor is adequate but extremely dated and ready for a reawakening overhaul.
