While the food is quite pricey, the quality of the ingredients and the creativity of the recipes ensure that you get what you pay for. I prefer the Scarlet Ibis but there are many delicious sandwiches and deli fare to enjoy. Service is competent, well-trained and polite. I took marks off for atmosphere because: 1. They brew and serve beer but haven't designated an area as "the Bar", sadly. It feels kind of silly to take up a whole table to yourself if you go in for a solitary pint or two. 2. The decor is adequate but extremely dated and ready for a reawakening overhaul.

This Isaac's used to be great. The service is still great, but the food has gone straight down the tubes. I can't even order my two favorites any longer because the managers change ingredients. It would be wise to steer clear of this one.

Ate lunch there today and have to say it was pretty good. Buffalo Chicken Chili was very tasty, as was my half sandwich. Ian did a great job. Would stop there again.

The customer service is 5 stars. Every time I go to Isaac's the Atmosphere is so relaxing and the people are great. I enjoy getting Isaac's famous Creamy Pepperjack Tomato Soup and I enjoy getting the Shrike,Isaac’s house-made cranberry-almond chicken salad, melted provolone, tomatoes, fresh spinach, kaiser roll for me this is 2 of my favorite foods at this place anytime I am not doing to well this is one of my favorite places to go. Enjoy ?

I rate mostly based on the actual food, so I've been generous with a 4 because the food is solid, and the servers are nice. But geez, this location looks like the carpet has not been cleaned since I was last there in 2008. The table was very sticky and when I tried to wipe the edge of it off, greasy build up stuck the napkin to the table. But if you concentrate on the food in front of you, the polite and cheerful staff, and don't touch the tables (or most parts of the chairs) then you will enjoy a bird-themed sandwich and a local brew.

I think Isaac’s is generally overpriced for what it is. Nothing you couldn’t pick up at the grocery store and make at home with very little effort for 1/4 of the price. Only reason I went was because I was given a gift card. Only after the meal and attempting to pay was I informed they couldn’t take a gift card because their system was down. However they could still take a credit card. ?

Despite a lukewarm review from the desk clerk, we walked over for a quick meal because it was convenient to the hotel. We enjoyed our sandwiches and beer, and our server took special care to accommodate our needs.

Staff is everything and the Lititz store, therefore, struggles with providing good service. Manager has been rude to me many times. They have an awesome gluten free wrap which keeps me coming back!

Wow, the "Mallard" is a tasty, meaty well put together sandwich and the pretzel bun is the icing on the cake. I also love the Isaac's kettle cooked potato chips they are fresh and crunchy! Yummy! ;0)
