Was here the other night while they were slammed and I could tell the staff was overwhelmed but they were all very kind and I had great service plus you could tell they used fresh greese and the food was yummy. Was back again tonight my food was made very quickly and the staff was again super pleasant food was fresh again 😁.

This is by far the best McDonalds we have gone to so far in any 30 minute direction of Manheim. They almost never get our order wrong, and when they do they are quick to fix it. We never have to wait long in the curb side pick up like we have had to at some other fast food places as of late. The food is always hot and fresh because they are usually busy enough that they have to keep the grills going.

Don't order large mocha frappe, you will get it a medium but pay for a large. 2nd morning this has happened. Going to stick to soda, since that usually comes what you pay for.

I personally don't eat McDonald's because I don't find it appetizing, but my kids love it. The only knock i have on McDonald's anymore is that they shouldn't consider themselves fast food. I often find myself waiting for a happy meal and burger meal around the same amount of time I would at a 5 guys.

I placed a small mobile order for pick up at 4:20, arrived at 4:26, and they didn’t have it ready until AFTER 5. The whole point of placing it in advance on the mobile order was so that it would be ready. Waiting 30 minutes for FAST food is unacceptable and then when we got it it was COLD!!!
The service was horrible. The staff were not friendly at all nor did they care that my entire order was wrong!

Now I will say that no one is perfect and I have had a couple orders that weren't right at this location. But they were always quick to fix it as long as it was within their means. I also want to note that I really appreciate the fact that when I come in in the morning to grab breakfast that all the staff groups me by name. They are all super nice and I really do appreciate that. I wish I could shout out specific names, but I don't really know all the girls names. But I do know Carol is a sweetheart, and the two managers that we're working this morning on 8/5/2025 around 8:45am. They all have amazing customer service skills, and I think they should be commended for that because honestly that's a very rare Trait in the service industry these days.

I frequently order from Doordash, so I'll give information on that. I find my order frequently has things missing. Not alot of major things. Just apple slices in a Happy Meal or requested ketchup packets or utensils. Nothing huge.
