I can't believe I'm taking time to review this, but I guess I just want to warn people to check their orders before driving away. They left out half my order and the dipping sauces. Didn't realize until I got home. I had to wait quite some time so I'm surprised how much was missing considering how much time it took. I try not to be negative about places so I'm giving it three stars. Just disappointing to pay money and not get the things you paid for.

We came in for a quick bite during lunch rush. One young man stood out. He goes by JB. What an outstanding example of professionalism and service. This young man went above and beyond. Had a positive attitude and was very respectful! A rarity these days.

Have to modify based on most recent visit on 9/26/2024. Ordered 2 Mango-Pin Smoothies. Machine had trouble after making one. Told me to pull up and they would bring 2nd out but they never did. When I went in to check, they ignored me. So, I left vowing to never return to that one! (This is the McD's in Lititz, PA). I really try not to give bad reviews, but have to this time!

So we always get told to pull over when we order our food, we never get it straight from the window, if you want real fast food don't order from the window do drive up. Other then that the food is good and the employees are nice.

I waited for awhile despite othe customers complaining about a wait time less than what I had I got 4 burritos and 2 hash browns they were busy between inside and out despite rude customers and overflow of orders they were very nice and everything so if your going to come to this McDonald's remember they very rarely have alot of staff and its mostly teenagers there other than a manager or 2 be nice be kind they are there to make your food it's McDonald's not a full service restaurant
