At 9:45 pm, we entered the establishment, but the bartender did not acknowledge our arrival. We waited for approximately 15 minutes before she finally acknowledged us and inquired about our beverage preferences. We opted for a Coke product, as we are not habitual drinkers.
Upon receiving our order, the bartender informed us that the kitchen was closed. She proceeded to serve the sodas and, five minutes later, brought three trays of food for other customers. She returned to our table and informed us that the last call for sodas was at 10:30 pm. I expressed my concern to my companion and informed the bartender that we could b cashed out now.
The manner in which we were treated is unacceptable, and no one should be subjected to such treatment. If you are employed in the service industry, it is imperative that you work diligently and with a positive attitude. If you find yourself experiencing anger or annoyance towards a guest, it may be indicative of a misalignment between your industry and your personal values.
To be candid, I would never recommend anyone to visit that location.

Very disappointed. I am a patron of this bar at least two or three times a month. I belong to the loyalty program. On August 30th around 3:30 pm I came in and sat at the bar. There was a bartender working who usually isn't there. I ordered a drink and something to eat. I was not greeted warmly and the bartender did not seem interested in small talk. Granted that it was a Saturday, but it was not that busy. There were probably only about eight people seated around the bar. They were not that many people dining at the tables. I was very surprised. On other occasions, I have been greeted warmly, the bartenders have engaged in small talk, and asked about my family. None of that happened today. I noticed that when other people came in that the bartender knew, they were served faster and greeted warmly which was very different from how I was treated. My check was presented to me with no comment. Other times that I have been there when my check was presented, I was wished a good day and thanked for my patronage. That did not happen today. I walked out and not one staff member thanked me or said goodbye.
Micks is great. The service was a little slower than I would've expected but it wasn't too bad. The birria pizza is delicious, but I did find myself wishing there was birria broth to dip it in.

Food overall was pretty decent. Mix of bar food and stuff a little better than that. My wife's turkey sandwich was very good. My cheese steak empanadas were excellent. I had a cup of corn and crab chowder. Advertised with lump crab, but contained shredded backfin. The soup came lukewarm and the shredded crab on top was refrigerator cold. Service was pleasant and adequate.

It was a nice place. Prices are kinda high but the serving sizes are bigger than you'd think. The waitresses are nice. It was kinda slow but saw them less frequently than imagined but still floated. All in all, nice place for a date every once in a while
