Had a bad experience at Roma's tonight. We ordered a half pepperoni, half "Roma special" (minus the mushrooms and olives). When we went to pick up the pizza, they wanted to charge us $31 for the pizza, even though the full "Roma special" is $20. So, they wanted to charge $10 more for LESS toppings? They also botched the toppings - they put on tons of olives and left off the peppers. After a lot of negotiation, they dropped the price to $25 although it was still unreasonable given what a full specialty pizza would have cost. We were speaking with one of the main owners so he had the authority to make it a fair sale and own up to the mistake on the toppings but that didn't happen. Won't be going back.

This is a little place tucked into Main Street in Lititz. The pizza is good. We had to wait 20 minutes for it because there were a lot of customers.

Honestly bummed I have to write this. Lived in lititz my whole life and have always loved roma (why I'm giving 2 instead of 1 star). But this place has been going downhill. Lasttime I ordered food I asked for a stromboli as I typically do because I've always loved romas bolis. Guy taking my order said, oh you mean a calzone? I responded, no, I mean a stromboli. Just a regular stromboli. He seemed adamant that a stromboli amd a calzone were the same thing (they certainly are not) but whatever no biggie, I asked for a ham and moz calzone and asked specifically if it would have sauce and he said oh yeah for sure will have sauce. I go pick up my order and same guy that took my order gives me the box, he peeps inside the box before handing it to me to be sure it was correct. Hands it to me. I walk outside amd decide to check it myself, there was a fkin cheese pizza in the box, not a boli or a calzone. I go back say this is not what I ordered, gives me the calzone. I get home slice it open, there is Ricotta cheese and no fkin sauce. Never have I had Ricotta cheese in one of their strombolis and they have always had sauce, clearly calzones are not strombolis and this dude taking the order had no clue what he was doing. I could go on with how this place has fallen off over the last 5 or so yrs but this is enough for today.

We have ordered Roma pizza a few times now and it’s always consistently excellent. Whether it’s delivery or eating there, family likes it. Crust and sauce are unique in a good way, people are nice and we usually get some wings or a salad besides pizza. I have also had the Stromboli which has been good. Grilled chicken salad is also good. I recommend them.

The BEST pizza in Lancaster County. So so good. Especially if you like a sweeter sauce.
