Used to be our favorite place to get pizza. We live in lititz. Last couple of times, the pizza was bland, crust was hard and tasteless. Oh, and do NOT order the wings. They are breaded and gross. Maybe they just bake them? But they are not fried, and taste like they came from a frozen bag from the grocery store. Waste of money and disappointment!

One of their best signature pizzas is the Grandmother Sicilian style pizza. My son brought it home to me one night from a party leftover and I loved it. I couldn't wait to get another but unfortunately to be honest, today wasn't a good day. My pizza was missing some ingredients, the fresh mozzarella cheese. If you log on to the website and pull up the pizza you'll see the difference, I was able to find someone else that added a picture of a slice to the website, that's what the pizza should have looked like. I called the restaurant and they apologized for the mistake. They asked me if I wanted to bring it back and swap it out but it was a little too late, we were hungry. We dug in right away and then realized it's missing something. And I believe it's one of the best ingredients that was missing because I never had a pizza from anywhere where they put that mozzarella on top like they do. They do have great pizza and I will be returning, I will order another Grandmother style Pizza.

Cheap place with low quality pizza. Also charge extra for credit card. Would not repeat.

My husband & I decided on a late lunch during a busy Saturday. The staff cared beyond the getting our order correct. They wanted our food to exceed expectations. The restaurant was clean even though it was the busiest day of their year. If you are looking for good & affordable food, go to Romas.

Born and raised in Lititz, been going to roma for many years. Food and service used to be top notch....not so much anymore. Took an hour to cook one pizza and it was overdone! Cheese was burnt and the crust was like a chip. Also you definitely don't make your pizza dough fresh everyday. Stop lying. If this was my first time ever definitely wouldn't come back. I might give you another try in the future, but with Nino's and Demarias so close probably not. It's a shame this place is going downhill.

Definitely a little hole in the wall hidden secret pizza place, where they greet you like family and the food is amazing!

I’ve gotten a lot of different things off the menu, including subs, pizza, and wraps and none of them disappoint. Absolutely delicious food and wonderful owner/staff.

We ordered 3 taco salads for pick-up. We were all very disappointed, there was no taco seasoning, hunks of melted mozzarella cheese, lots of green olives, black olives were shriveled, no sour cream available. it was more like a garden salad with greasy browned burger! I gave it one star as the bread was very good.

We used slice for our last two deliveries. Both were delivered cold. The drivers did not use an insulated bag. I’m sure it would be good if delivered hot but we’ll never know.

Kind staff but unfortunately the menu prices are falsely advertised. My bill was 4 dollars more for 2 items then the menus stated. I brought to managements attention and received no refund. Just excuses

Seriously the BEST stromboli I've ever had. I ordered the mini boli and it covered the plate. The bread is amazing and the marinara is sooo good. You wouldn't want to miss this little gem in Lititz, PA.

Had a bad experience at Roma's tonight. We ordered a half pepperoni, half "Roma special" (minus the mushrooms and olives). When we went to pick up the pizza, they wanted to charge us $31 for the pizza, even though the full "Roma special" is $20. So, they wanted to charge $10 more for LESS toppings? They also botched the toppings - they put on tons of olives and left off the peppers. After a lot of negotiation, they dropped the price to $25 although it was still unreasonable given what a full specialty pizza would have cost. We were speaking with one of the main owners so he had the authority to make it a fair sale and own up to the mistake on the toppings but that didn't happen. Won't be going back.
