Ordered two bbq chicken wraps with extra chicken on Door Dash and I received two wraps with zero chicken. $17.88 for a chicken wrap and they don’t even put the main ingredient in. You have to be a special kind of stupid to do that.

Decided to get a salad for my Friday afternoon lunch and I stopped at salad Works. So the store looks great. I was greeted immediately as soon as I walked in employees were just fantastic. so I took a look at things. One of the things I like is that the menu board lists the salads and the calorie count, so I ordered turkey club the way that they make it with chipotle dressing on the side. I was there at 11’ish so it wasn’t busy at all. I was in and out incredibly fast. The store looked well kept and cleaned, just looked kind of dark for some reason. Which is maybe the way the windows are in the building. However, that that would be the only downside that I would say the food food is outstanding. The team there is outstanding and I’m at home having a nice lunch as I dictate this into a review

This is the worst salad works location I have ever been to. The cashier was very rude he stood there hovering over me as I tried to pay I guess trying to pressure me into tipping him. Were told we had to pay for rolls when we requested them was never charged at any other location for them heard another cashier offering other guests rolls and told them they were free. The soup was not ready even tried to tell us they had none at first. The restaurant was not clean even though they were slow and workers were just standing around.

I never write reviews. After waiting for a while, I asked for broccoli cheddar soup and they had to get it from the back. The man who was helping me said “it’s gonna be another 20 minutes to heat up are you okay with that.” I said “no that’s okay, thank you though!” and was ready to leave. It took a few times of me having to tell him I didn’t want anything else for him to let me just leave his store. He (weirdly kinda loud and almost angrily, also in front of a big group of people) goes “you waited for a while, you don’t want anything else?”. It was weird and unprofessional. Maybe he was having a bad day?
