It seems the tall cups are about half the size they use to be. Also, none of the girls working behind the counter had their hair up. The counter where they put your finished drink was covered in hair. The girl sat my drink right in the middle of a bundle of hair. I dumped my drink in the trash on the way out.

How disappointing! I go to Starbucks all the time, and just the other day I had such a great experience at this same Starbucks, but today I just have to say that I’m thoroughly disappointed with the way I was treated when I asked a young lady to re-make my drink because she did it wrong. I have worked in food service for years, I’m always very kind and respectful to Food service workers, and I rarely ask people to remake things, but her attitude from start to finish was dreadful. The other employees did not intervene and do anything, and she acted like I was a huge nuisance for asking to have my drink made properly. I know it’s hard to get good workers, but Starbucks usually has better standards than that in my experience. I was trying to treat my daughter and her friend to some drinks, and I guess it was too much to expect that by spending $19 on three drinks I would ask to have the drinks made correctly???
People have bad days, people can be frustrated, but from start to finish, I was unbelievably offended by her attitude, and genuinely believe that workers like that should be let go because this is not the right kind of work for them.

The older lady who was working Wednesday morning is such a sweetheart. Her conversation definitely made my day as well as her drink!

Today is my mom’s 60th birthday, all morning she was looking forward to her free Starbucks, there was a miscommunication and she got charged for her birthday drink which was fine, accidents happen, but when she tried to explain, the two ladies behind the register were so rude to her stating “well we don’t know it’s your birthday”, eyeing each other and smirking behind her back. She left so upset which made me upset. The immaturity and lack of sympathy for my mom not understanding how the coupon worked disgusted me.

quite possibly the most miserable place to spend 10-20 minutes of your day to be neglected inside by a bunch of incompetent workers. not to mention these are some of the dumbest people on the planet with absolutely zero critical thinking skills or sense of efficiency. and they want a union… lol. one of the worst starbucks around hands down

Everytime I come here it's clearly too busy for their employees. The wait is more than 30 mins. Don't order your drinks inside. I guess they only care about drive through. You can sit and watch car after car drive away, while you wait for your drink inside.

I understand that buying a coffee from Starbucks is a luxury. But to be given a drink that was 1/4 of the way filled, tasted like dirty sink water, and then to open it to see what you just drank is appalling. I was never given a receipt so nothing was done about the order. I understand it’s just a coffee, but I should have just taken my service to a local coffee shop who would have corrected the order immediately. I talked to someone over the chat and they told me nothing could be done without a receipt. Which again, we were never given. I had further questions and they told me they were ending the chat. Nothing was resolved and I am frustrated. Sucks when you’re a stay at home mom and you get so excited to get a Starbucks on the one day you have off to feel like you drank something unsanitary. Hate to leave negative reviews, but it was just very disappointing and makes you wonder what am I consuming. Local is the way to go.

Almost every day before work, I stop in here and the girls that work in here are amazing!!! at this point I must be a regular customer because I don’t even have to say my order these girls just remember and it makes me feel so good!! Ahhhhh?

Literally the best Starbucks. I'll go inside this one before going to the drive thru across the street because my drinks are always made right. Usually the same 2 employees I see in the morning, not sure of names but young blonde guy w/ ponytail and young girl w/ brown hair. Both are so nice and doesn't matter which makes my drink it is always great.

Love the coffee. Iced coffee refills are the best for long days where I need to be productive. I appreciate the additional space to get work done when the office won’t cut it. Music is often quite loud, but thankfully good tunes.
We live in Lititz but I prefer to drive to fruitville pike Starbucks. This is the most unfriendly Starbucks you will ever visit! In addition to being unfriendly they rarely get my drink made properly. I was there tonight and was met with their rudest employee yet!

While the baristas at this location are very nice and always seem to be working very hard this is the worst Starbucks I've ever visited. They are understaffed 100% of the time, the waits are insane, and no one communicates with the people waiting. I'm currently waiting on a single cold brew coffee now. It's been 26 minutes since I ordered and I'm still just sitting here waiting.....
