Something has changed at this location. Disappointing as i liked this lunch spot. I stopped in yesterday and ended up leaving because I waited 15 minutes while the woman continued to make call in sandiches instead of waiting on me. I was there today for lunch. Screaming child in the kitchen and serving area; server pretended to wash hands but there was no soap at the sink; food was cold; and the person prepping my food kept touching his face and telephone/register with the same gloves he wore to make my sandwich. The woman seems to be just miserable. Terrible experience and my food ended in the trash. I will not be returning.

Best place for a quick great tasting sub! UPDATE NEW OWNERS ARE TERIBLE. they do not adhere to food safety standards set by the state. They are relabeling sell by / throw away by dates!!! please DO NOT GO HERE! Place is so dirty nothing gets clean especially cutting utensils! i have photos and I'm going to the state!!! LITITZ PLEASE REFUSE THIS FILTHY ESTABLISHMENT!!!

This place is consistently out of chocolate chip cookies around dinner time. They don’t take the time to ensure they have enough for dinner crowd. Very annoying

Walked in and the dude comes out looking like him and the other co worker were getting busy in the back. Me and my wife were Standing at the front for to long with no one at the front counter. The female workers shorts were very short to short. Now there’s another customer waiting to long for service. And now the employee is making up excuses

They are rude and act like they do not want to even be there. I get that food service sucks because I work in it too but if it obviously affects one to the point of misery then please leave for the sake of others who do want to work and eat there.
Ordered a veggie patty footlong w cheese, lettuce, and sauce for takeout on doordash- they just sent bread with sauce and cheese on it and never refunded the order. Terrible expereince.Edit: Yes, I reached out/called in multiple times throughout the span of a week (called on different days) I had ordered and every person said they would contact a manager and get back to me with a update on a refund but no one ever called. After my 4th time calling in with the same result I gave up.(I ordered through the Subway website- fulfilled by Doordash but they cannot refund a direct order)
