Love this Taco Bell! There is a mobile pick up lane which is super convenient, the employees are very friendly, and the food is good! I get customizations and my order is always made as requested.

I am a Dasher. I received an offer for an order at this Taco Bell. When I arrived… an older lady asked if I was there to pick up. I proceeded to tell her the name and she went to get the order ready. As I was waiting, I had the opportunity to take a picture of the menu, but I did not have service (just inside the building). So, the picture wasn’t going through. She came back and started to hand me the order and said can you confirm the order. I proceeded to say that I had no service and was trying to take a picture of the menu. Instead of trying to let me get the picture she proceeded to get snotty and rude and said that she was trying to do her job like I am trying to do mine. I proceeded again to tell her that I didn’t have service so it wouldn’t go through. She said I don’t care. I am trying to do my job and I don’t want to go to Taco Bell prison. After which she proceeded to force me to close out of the spot where I was trying to take the picture and hit confirm. In doing that, I completely lost the opportunity to get the picture. As I started walking towards the door she proceeded to say don’t run out to fast or you’ll slip and fall. Everything that she said in the whole encounter was with attitude, snotty, and rude. I am very frustrated with how I was treated and I understand that she was trying to do her job right (for the most part), however, I am frustrated because she didn’t even try to work with me and work together to do my job too.

Pickup times for online orders? They don't matter now!
This review reflects my experience with placing an online order. I typically schedule my orders for a specific pickup time to ensure my food is fresh, and I did the same this time. I arranged for my order to be ready at 12:45, but it was unexpectedly ready 45 minutes early.
While this might be convenient if I had the flexibility to pick it up sooner, it was unfortunately a letdown for me. The staff member I spoke with was polite and explained that they have recently changed their process for handling online orders. Now, they look at the submission time and then adjust the pickup time based on their workload. She kindly offered to place my food in a heating holding area, which I appreciated.
However, I’m not in favor of this change. It really undermines the purpose of selecting a convenient pickup time in the first place.
