Pickup times for online orders? They don't matter now!
This review reflects my experience with placing an online order. I typically schedule my orders for a specific pickup time to ensure my food is fresh, and I did the same this time. I arranged for my order to be ready at 12:45, but it was unexpectedly ready 45 minutes early.
While this might be convenient if I had the flexibility to pick it up sooner, it was unfortunately a letdown for me. The staff member I spoke with was polite and explained that they have recently changed their process for handling online orders. Now, they look at the submission time and then adjust the pickup time based on their workload. She kindly offered to place my food in a heating holding area, which I appreciated.
However, I’m not in favor of this change. It really undermines the purpose of selecting a convenient pickup time in the first place.

I am from Oklahoma. I have a truck and trailer. I got to my hotel at 11 o’clock pm . They don’t close till 12. They won’t allow me to enter the building and my truck and trailer won’t go through the drive-through. I’m starving and want some food they will not serve me and it’s the only place open around.
This place is fantastic. We order from here way too often (1-2 times a week) and it has always been great!

My just was not that good. Better not to buy any sides. Ours were all hard or turned more to mush. People are great. Was to hard for me to return that night
