The night crew when I went were extremely passionate about my mobile order. They performed in a timely manner showing thoughtfulness and the food was excellent. The staff are personable and the environment is very clean.

Service here was TERRIBLE! We placed an online mobile order, 15 mins before even arriving to pick up our food. We walked in and saw our drinks on the counter and assumed they were working on our order. They filled SEVERAL drive through and in house orders while we sat there waiting. Upon realizing that we had been sitting there for over 30 mins, meaning we had placed our order 45 mins ago. We were STILL waiting and they said it would still be a few moments. They were not working on our order at all! Not until after complaining twice and mentioning to another customer that they got their food before us. Utterly ridiculous! I dont care how busy you are, there is no way you are filling that many orders from before we had ordered or you are doing something wrong. They were just filling new orders that came in completely ignoring ours to fill slightly smaller orders faster. I have never had to wait over 45 minutes for fast food. There was far more talking then working being done by the sound of it. I can honestly say I dont think i will be ordering from this location again at this point.

Shoutout to lititz Taco Bell for whatever this is as a drink when it was supposed to be a refresca. Didn’t even bother drinking the soda either as concerned for what it was since the other cup is not drinkable either
The service was great, place was clean but the food was cold and tortillas were stale. The beef tasted like it came out of the refrigerator. It’s not always a good thing when your food comes out fast. Definitely not worth over $50 for our family of four.

Food had little to no fillings. We didn't receive our drinks and had to ask for them twice. The first time asking I was only given one cup and the employee left to talk with the other staff while ignoring me. To-Go order was also given no straws or napkins. I come to this location fairly often due to convenience but at this point I'm just going to go to Ephrata or Lincoln Highway. Wouldn't advise this location to anybody, they've had these issues since opening with no improvement. The timeline of other reviews solidifies this..
