I've had the pleasure of eating at Tomato Pie Cafe multiple times and each time was fantastic. Both the signature tomato pie and their quiches are freshly baked and delicious. Plus, the chai tea latte is one of the best I've ever had. I love that they rotate in seasonal drinks and food, so I'm always excited to come back!
First, the tomato pie:
Light flaky crust holding in generous amounts of cheese on top of nicely seasoned diced tomatoes. Like the perfect quiche sitting on top of warm Bruschetta. I've really had nothing like it and was not what I expected even after reading all reviews. This is by no means anything resembling a pizza and noone should ever refer to any other pizza as a 'pie' ever again. I got the double and brought one home.
