This is our go-to smoothie place especially after dentist appointments. Today was one of those days my clumsiness showed up. Somehow I managed to spill my smoothie as soon as they handed it to me. Shout out to possibly the owner and the staff for being so nice and helpful. They cleaned up my mess and insisted on giving me a whole new smoothie. The place is clean. Food comes out fast and staff are friendly. Thank you!

There was only 1 girl working and she had so many to-go orders for smoothies that she couldn't keep up with the few customers there in the store. Our smoothies were as good as I remembered them being, and my daughter loved them too! The food wasn't the best. I ended up throwing away 1 of our wraps because it didn't taste fresh at all.

Not going to lie this is the most uninviting store layout I've ever seen. Huge wall divider is obnoxious and creates less room when walking into the store.

The last time we came in, both of our items were not correct , I waited at the register but no one came out of the kitchen. So I simpl gave up. The staff has been very pleasant in the past but not this time,way too busy for about of staff.

Ordered 3 bahama mama smoothies for take out and they don’t taste a thing like how they should. Just like strawberries and ice mixed together. Very disappointing.

The kids working here are very nice but they have no idea how to work a blender. I ordered the peanut butter cup and I'm used to a few bits of ice or chunks of banana but this literally has peanut butter scoops not even slightly blended. Still love tropical smoothie, but maybe visit another location.

They offer curbside pickup but noone brought my order out and the cashier was just sitting in the back & my drink just sitting on the counter

I really have to give flowers when/where they’re due! Tropical has made a tremendous turn around in all aspects; from flavor, taste, and presentation all the way to service and professionalism (and I am a sucker for some exceptional customer service) and Kassidy is nothing shy of exceptional, she continues to go above and beyond ensuring my satisfaction each and every time I visit wether that be over the phone for a curbside or making my way inside to place and or pick up an order…

**I personally feel as though a raise should be on the table considering the complete turnaround bc at one point I was extremely over Tropical.
Safe to say I’m back as a permanent customer as long as Kassidy is around ?

I'm not one to give bad reviews but this has happened a few times at this location to us that I just feel the need to address it. We usually get food from tropical weekly at the litiz location as we pass through from working. Every time we've gotten our food is has always been incorrect or missing items. We just ordered things yesterday and my smoothie tasted like ice basically with a little hint of peanut butter and banana, my parents food was incorrect. My mom ordered no pesto and it was still came with it on. Might I add this has happened to her multiple times at this location. My dad's quesadillas were not cut and my flat bread was just messy. There is a bunch of young teenage girls working there who clearly need some kind of adult supervision because they aren't doing their job correctly.
