Bunch of teenage girls who work here but they all are very kind and make great food! The girl at the cash register was super patient with me and got the food and smoothie out so quickly. The manager is definitely doing a great job.

Tried this place for the first time last week and loved it! The food is light but flavorful and perfect for these hot summer days. The Nutella acai bowl was tops and so refreshing!

The lady working there had zero pace, I have a lot of patience, but it literally took 45 minutes for a beach bum. I’ve been to other locations and they get the smoothie out in like 5 minutes but it was actually insane I ended up walking out and did not get a refund. Kind of a shame cause I am a loyal customer and love their smoothies. There were 5 other customers also there and we were all looking at each other like what the heck is going on. Actually haven’t had an experience like this at a restaurant in a while.

Serious food handling concerns. This place has multiple bug infestations. Do not eat here.
Do NOT eat here!! There is a constant battle with bug infestations. Just ask the surrounding businesses! The store is unclean and staff is unprofessional. They are always loudly gossiping instead of paying attention to what they are doing or outback smoking and napping on wooden pallets. The wraps are NEVER the same size or quality. Sometimes it is full of i ingredients, sometimes it is tiny.... only a few bites. Very inconsistent. Never know if you are getting more than you bargain for in the smoothies! Bugs everywhere!
Coming from someone who loves Tropical Smoothie, this location is very sketch.
They'll very often be out of basic ingredients in the middle of the day and I'm pretty sure I got a UTI from a very oddly tasting island green detox smoothie.
All aspects of experience were wonderful! I was on a field trip with several other middle schoolers and we stopped in for lunch. Many thanks to Kassidy for making out orders quickly. Everything tasted so good and service was amazing! Thank you again to Tropical Smoothie Cafe for an awesome experience!
Overall, I will not be returning any time soon. PLEASE USE CREDIT CARDS!!! This is absolutely ridiculous! It has been this way since 2024! Why is it still this way? No one carries around cash anymore! Fix it please!! I enjoy your food, and I want to be able to purchase without ordering online!! My order was missing parts to it which also shouldn't happen. The atmosphere is dirty and gross. The wall need a new paint job... and the bathrooms. The employee working up front looked like she was on drugs, wasn't knowledgable, and when I was pointing to something she had no idea what I was talking about when its on their menu. That is not ok. I saw her and almost walked out. I really hope she was not making my food. I want to continue to eat here but I cant deal with this nonsense.
The hummus wrap is good and the Island Green Detox is my fave. Definitely worth a visit.

Idk if the store reads these but can you please please blend the ingredients all the way so that your smoothies are drinkable through a straw
I understand that people have bad days and that people can be overworked but the attitude and service I received from 1 out of the 3 employees that were working was completely uncalled for. She seemed annoyed and irritated at me asking a few questions about what was on the menu. As I stood waiting for my mediocre food, I observed her give multiple customers attitude with eye rolls, heavy sighs and curt responses. Not sure I will get food from there again. My food was cold and not very good.
This place got a terrible food inspection report on LNP online for January 31,2025. Gross!
There was only one girl and she was busy with online orders and she didn’t acknowledge that we were waiting for a while and when she finally did she impatiently told us that their POS system was down so we had to use cash which we didn’t know until then. When we asked if we could order online in order to pay, she said we’d have to wait an extra 10 minutes to have our orders started. The service felt rude because she didn’t care about the in-store customers and ignored us even though we called out several times loudly. The store itself felt uncleanly and disorganized. I’m disappointed at their unprofessionalism.
Dirty store and poor customer service. The one woman working the register did not acknowledge us. When we called to get her attention she dismissed us rudely. We will not be returning.
